To whom this may concern, i often get my moms prescription from this pharmacy. The technicians are amazing and helpful! But, whenever i get my paperwork it's always either crumpled or folded in a weird way. Just fold the papers like a normal person. Thank you! read more

Absolutely ridiculous!! Every time I have needed to fill a prescription here a rude woman tells me that they can't bill my insurance, "because my insurance thinks I have another insurance" After switching insurances, contacting my insurance, and using other pharmacies, I have come to learn that this is a SCAM! And after reading reviews I see I'm not the only one who has issues with this woman! Absolutely absurd that they continue to get away with scamming/disrespecting people. 10/10 would NOT recommend! Run far from here and go to Kroger down the road instead! read more

Never any issues. The people working are always polite and nice. Any issues that people seem to have are their own faults or out of Meijer employees hands. The negative reviews on here are kinda comical actually. read more

On December 7th, 2021, my mother and I went to the Wixom Meijer to receive our Moderna COVID Boosters. My mother's scheduled time was 11:30, mine was 11:40. We got in line to check in for our Covid Boosters. Right before I was called for my shot (even though my mother was scheduled to go before me), an elderly lady asked my mother if we were waiting to get our COVID Boosters. My mother said yes but wasn't sure if the Pharmacy was going by appointment time or check-in time. The employee who was about to give me my COVID Booster, a black lady in her 20's, eavesdropped on my mother's conversation to try and prove that she was going in the right order. My mother tried to explain to the employee that she was not accusing her of not going in the right order. The employee remained argumentative and defensive with my mother, to the point of throwing verbal attacks and yelling. I asked the employee to stop being rude, she then phoned her coworker to fill in for her. She recorded the booster on my vaccination card, even though she had not administered the shot. We told the coworker, a white guy in his 20's or 30's, what happened and he sarcastically laughed as if he didn't believe us. Then he said, "I apologize for my coworker's behavior, BUT, she was probably under stress." Then he administered our Boosters. What offended me more than the female employee's behavior was that her male coworker both tried to justify her nasty behavior and blamed us for it. After over eight years of using this Pharmacy, my mother has already begun transferring all of her prescriptions elsewhere. I will never go to the Wixom Meijer ever again. read more

The pharmacy is not all that good. The people working in the pharmacy are great, but......I do not get calls when a prescription is ready. When I call to check status of prescription I cannot get through to to talk to a person. This means that I have to go in and then wait or return for the prescription. read more

I've been a customer here since 2013 & for the most part, I've had few complaints in the past. Today, however, my son & I were scheduled for our Booster shots. We arrived about 15 minutes ahead of my appt. time & my son was scheduled 10 minutes behind me. We took the only available (2 seats in a row) after checking in. After waiting a bit, the next customer to get the jab came, after her name was called, from around the corner in those seats & then another in the same fashion. As we continued to wait, an elderly lady walked up to us & asked if we were waiting for our shots, I replied, "yes," but I told her I was not sure what order we were being called in, because we just took the next seats that were available . Next thing I know, the "black women" who was giving the injections started addressing me from inside the shot room. Apparently, she took exception to my reply to the elderly woman & she did not let up! (I didn't even know she could here me, but she took my response to the old woman as a personal attack). I was not accusing her of going out-of-order, I said I did not know the order. After she called my son into the shot room, she continued her hostility towards me & she wanted to debate this issue with me from the other room. I told her that she was being defensive & unprofessional. I was not even talking to her, I was just trying to answer someone who approached me as best I could. She still continued to "set me straight," while preparing my son for the shot (which remember my appt. time was before his). My son does not like friction, so he says "please Ms., enough, can I just get my shot & go?" After she marked his shot COMPLETED on his vaccine card, she gets on the phone & calls for someone to apparently relieve her of her duties & storms away without even giving him the shot. Another employee meets her near the pharmacy door & she drops our shot baskets on the floor! They pick them up & she disappears. The new person now thinks my son has already been administered his injection, so my son has to reassure him, more than once, that he has not received the shot, so now he gives it to him...the same shot that was picked up off the floor. It's my turn. I advise the new tech that his colleague seems to have had a meltdown. He apologizes & says, BUT they're under a lot of stress ( in my mind, I'm thinking, then why was she hijacking my conversation with the old lady?) I get my shot now...from the other shot basket that was picked up off the floor. We thanked him, nonetheless, and after leaving the shot room, the same old lady asks, how long we have to wait afterwards. I knew this answer & the black girl was not around, so I answered her & wished her good luck. While leaving the pharmacy, I could not help but notice a red headed, male pharmacy cashier giving me a dirty look, like I did something wrong. I felt like I was attacked, then patronized, then blamed for the fiasco. After 8 1/2 years as a pharmacy & store customer, I dont ever want to return again! My flu shot at CVS was so pleasant. I'll start transferring all of my scripts tomorrow! read more

I've always had good experiences here, knowledgeable staff and patient and helpful pharmacists. Sometimes you have to wait a while but it's a busy place and a busy time! read more

Poorly handled a prescription transfer request. Pharmacy employee was rude, nasty and unprofessional. A couple of previous concerns regarding this pharmacy, when reported to the district manager of the pharmacy, or store manager seems to go on deft ears. read more

I had been going here for several years and watched them go steadily downhill. I've had doctors call in prescriptions on Monday and when I went to get them Friday I was told that the medication was never ordered and couldn't be filled for two more days. The automated system calls at all times of day and night. All the employees have a stinky attitude - as in "screw the customer". As a former pharmacy tech myself I know it gets crazy back there, but if you can't deal with it you find a new job, you don't take it out on the people you wait on. Calling corporate is a joke, they apologize but nothing gets changed. Needless to say I had to find a new pharmacy. So happy with the new one, happy I switched. read more
