I loved having a wonderful small pharmacy option so I hope they can get it together and go back to how they used to be. I have a few big problems with AA Pharmacy and they keep being an issue lately, unfortunately. First, they have a major issue with what they leave out spread across their counter. The last three times I was there, there were prescriptions with names of the person and names of the medicine in bags sitting right out on the same counter where you pay. Not only could I see confidential info, including about one person I knew, I also could have just taken some of the bags had I wanted to. It's so odd and they don't seem to care that confidential info is just cascading out on the same countertops where people are checking out. It seems so disorganized and careless now, which is disconcerting when I'm trusting them to manage medications for my family. Second, in the beginning, the pharmacist was always there and he was so friendly and helpful -- now there are several rude and/or inattentive people who will finish eating their sandwich before coming over to help people waiting at the register. If you have a question for a pharmacist, there often is not one there. If I ask when one will be there, they often aren't sure. I assume the prescriptions are still reviewed by a pharmacist (?!), but I have had two recent ones where they gave me the wrong amount, and both times they barely seemed to care. I'm not surprised to see all the good reviews from them are at least a year old. Sadly, the whole feeling there has changed so much and it's a huge disappointment. I've transferred away from them as of this week but I hope they improve!

I was speaking with the VP of operations and she just did not understand this. When i was trying to explain to her that I paid for a service, I did not recieve this service and I am owed my shipping fee back, the VICE PRESIDENT of operations hung up on me. Not a good look at all. After iver a year of giving them a chance, I am done after speaking with the VP of operations. There are a lot of similar reviews of people having issues with the rude, unprofessional, employees. I can relate with them all and believe them all to be true. They insisted that they do not make mistakes like that and was told repeatedly that "somebody is fucking with your medicine." The bottles were still in the stapled bag from the pharmacy when I opened them. Despite insisting that my medicine was being tampered with, they also refused to replace them because that just wasn't their policy. The medicine in question doesn't even have a schedule class. They're a local business and I wanted to like them. But for as many issues as I've had with CVS they've never treated me this way. Go somewhere else.

Since I do not have transportation and I take an extremely large amount of medications, Healthsmart delivery service is a godsend. The staff are pleasant and easy to communication with. My only concern is that this pharmacy tends to refill medications without contacting me beforehand. More than a few times, I have had reason not to have certain medications refilled. I would save money (mine or my insurers) if I could stop the refill of medications I do not need. Bravo Healthsmart

She works with grace under pressure -- not easy with the long pharmacy lines at this busy location. Each person is treated with dignity and she addresses their needs with individual attention and concern. She knows the "regulars" by name and very naturally creates a familiar connection with customers. Going to the pharmacy is usually a mundane task, but can sometimes cause a lot of grief, confusion, and money. Robin has helped me several times in the past when my insurance coverage was dropped and later retroactively reinstated. She walked me through what I needed for the reimbursement process, helped me identify the scripts that were paid out-of-pocket, and was overall compassionate and understanding. This location has a sizable parking lot and is definitely on the right side of Plymouth to get to the outskirts of the AA area. CVS are all essentially the same. They make carry more or less the same brands, but not always the same flavors, like theraflu and other things too. Prices in general at all CVS' are a bit higher than at a big box store, it's for the convenience after all, right?

My second attempt the next day only took 45 mins for them to tell me my insurance does not cover that medicine. I found that a bit odd since I don't have insurance. My third attempt was much faster, see I found myself in the ER with stroke like symptoms and they gave me my blood pressure medication within minutes of arriving at the hospital.
