24 Hours FTW! Seriously, I'm not exactly sure why I love 24-hour pharmacies like I do, but I do. As someone who sometimes keeps odd hours and also constantly forgets to do normal errands like getting prescriptions filled or pick up random things, I guess it just makes sense. Anyhow, I have to say that while the Plymouth Rd location is less convenient for me, it could beat the South Industrial location in a snap. Service for my RX was lightning fast, and the pharmacist was amazingly friendly considering the hour! I feel like reviewing chains is only useful if you can point out the difference between multiple locations, but this is a case where that's true. The Plymouth Road location also (late night or during the day) feels a little less chaotic and more friendly. S. Industrial's location is still closer to my house, but for a late-night-smiling pharmacist (and sometimes that's nice), it's Plymouth Road.

Did not whack this self-important douchebag line-cutter with my cane when picking up a prescription at the Pharmacy. Do lines mean nothing here? His cologne was worse than the B.O. It was supposed to cover! I'll call him Pepe Le Pew! Acccck! The staff here is generally first-rate.

    The back is packed!

This store carries the products I need and much more. The staff is wonderful. A couple of older ladies know where everyone is located!

Feels a little weird to be reviewing a CVS on Yelp, but I'll accept anything is possible in this…read moreday and age. My only complaint here is that the line to pick up prescriptions can get pretty long at times. Maybe they could add on another pharmacist at "peak times", whatever those may be? Seeing as though this location is mainly frequented by U of M students, I would imagine they could estimate demand based on the academic calendar, at least. Nonetheless, everyone is always really nice here, notably helpful, and I've had great experiences at Minute Clinic. It's in a fairly crappy space on State Street near where the "unsavorable" Ann Arbor residents hang out but they manage to keep it nice and organized and clean. For juxtaposition, take a look into the Chipotle which manages to look like it should be condemned by the health agency most of the time. Also, this CVS has great deals from time to time, where it's actually cheaper for me to get snacks sometimes here than the grocery store. Haribo is almost always 2/$4. I like that it has self checkout as well which puts it a point above Walgreens. And discount candy after the holidays.

First their on-line app is horrible. Second, just try getting a person on the phone. Third, they…read moredo not follow through, such as for prior authorizations. Fourth, they do not answer questions in a sensible way, totally worthless answers. Fifth - bad service overall. Can't think of a positive thing to say.

They are one of a handful of compounding pharmacies in the Washtenaw County area. While a retail pharmacy is a one-size-fits-all, compounding pharmacies like Clark, take an individual approach to medicine. They create medicine using base ingredients, which allows for greater flexibility in administrating specialty medication(s) to your pet. The staff at Clark Professional Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are unsure about how to administer medication to your pet, they will take time to explain it to you, and answer any questions that you might have. The part I like is that it's easy to obtain prescription refills by using their automated phone system, especially during their off hours. So if you need specialty medication for your pet or natural supplements for yourself, Clark's the place for you.

The staff is extremely professional and... they take their work super seriously. Cleanliness and sterility is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Note this is a *compounding* pharmacy which lets them provide specialty prescriptions. So if, for example, you and your physician figure out you need to take 30 mg. of drug x, and 15 of y, and 40 of z, this pharmacy can take the raw materials and package it as a single pill. Similarly, if you have allergic or other problems with some of the fillers, etc., in mass market drugs, this group can give you something clean and simple. Also, while we have no experience with this specific aspect, they offer similar services for veterinary medications. Side note: They also have a full line of so-called supplements. There's *plenty* of garbage and fake claims in that whole industry, but Clark has quality items. Highly recommended.

I hate to post a negative review about this pharmacy because I used to LOVE it a few years ago, but…read moreit has gone downhill to the point where I've now switched back to the dreaded Walgreens. I loved having a wonderful small pharmacy option so I hope they can get it together and go back to how they used to be. I have a few big problems with AA Pharmacy and they keep being an issue lately, unfortunately. First, they have a major issue with what they leave out spread across their counter. The last three times I was there, there were prescriptions with names of the person and names of the medicine in bags sitting right out on the same counter where you pay. Not only could I see confidential info, including about one person I knew, I also could have just taken some of the bags had I wanted to. It's so odd and they don't seem to care that confidential info is just cascading out on the same countertops where people are checking out. It seems so disorganized and careless now, which is disconcerting when I'm trusting them to manage medications for my family. Second, in the beginning, the pharmacist was always there and he was so friendly and helpful -- now there are several rude and/or inattentive people who will finish eating their sandwich before coming over to help people waiting at the register. If you have a question for a pharmacist, there often is not one there. If I ask when one will be there, they often aren't sure. I assume the prescriptions are still reviewed by a pharmacist (?!), but I have had two recent ones where they gave me the wrong amount, and both times they barely seemed to care. I'm not surprised to see all the good reviews from them are at least a year old. Sadly, the whole feeling there has changed so much and it's a huge disappointment. I've transferred away from them as of this week but I hope they improve!
