I loved having a wonderful small pharmacy option so I hope they can get it together and go back to how they used to be. I have a few big problems with AA Pharmacy and they keep being an issue lately, unfortunately. First, they have a major issue with what they leave out spread across their counter. The last three times I was there, there were prescriptions with names of the person and names of the medicine in bags sitting right out on the same counter where you pay. Not only could I see confidential info, including about one person I knew, I also could have just taken some of the bags had I wanted to. It's so odd and they don't seem to care that confidential info is just cascading out on the same countertops where people are checking out. It seems so disorganized and careless now, which is disconcerting when I'm trusting them to manage medications for my family. Second, in the beginning, the pharmacist was always there and he was so friendly and helpful -- now there are several rude and/or inattentive people who will finish eating their sandwich before coming over to help people waiting at the register. If you have a question for a pharmacist, there often is not one there. If I ask when one will be there, they often aren't sure. I assume the prescriptions are still reviewed by a pharmacist (?!), but I have had two recent ones where they gave me the wrong amount, and both times they barely seemed to care. I'm not surprised to see all the good reviews from them are at least a year old. Sadly, the whole feeling there has changed so much and it's a huge disappointment. I've transferred away from them as of this week but I hope they improve!

Recently, I realized that I need a prescription refill. Ashley answered the phone. She was able to tell me that there is a smaller size dose of the medication I have been taking lately. Great! Beats cutting them in half and in quarters. Next I called my doctor office to have them write up and call in the prescription. In the meantime, better get my info entered into the computer at Jensen's so they can call me when my prescription is ready. So Ashley got me entered into the records and they'll call when it's ready for pickup. Totally E-Z experience!

From the first time I met her on the phone, she has always been working to find solutions and giving me the best possible customer service. Because of her even when for geographic reasons it was not economical or efficient for me to be buying all the way from Michigan I continued. Lori is not only competent, patient and so nice, but, I consider her a friend. I have been with them for several years and I have only great things to say. During the Christmas Season some packages got lost, totally the mail not Pharmacy Solutions fault at all. However, Pharmacy Solution's only concern was to make sure I had my needed supplements. They quickly rushed through and made another order and sent it overnight all at their cost even though it was not their responsibility. Honestly, I cannot think of another company that does this. Also, each time that I spoke to a pharmacists they have been patient, knowledgeable and honest never trying to compete with other pharmacies just answering each question. I sent a friend to my doctor who also sent them to Pharmacy Solutions and she has raved to me about them and specifically about wonderful Lori! Thank you for everything! This Walgreens pharmacy has specialty medications in stock that few other pharmacies have. This pharmacy came through on the weekend when I needed something. Boring and generic compared to the old campus bookstore but very useful for pharmacy and daily essentials.

They always remember me, give great advice and give service that exceeds my expectations. The woman who appears to be the manager here always seems very stressed, angry to see customers and downright pissed to be doing whatever she is doing. She makes me avoid going into the store at all costs. I tend to stick to the pharmacy drive thru. The rest of the kids working the store are great, unless she is looming over them terrorizing them.

I was merrily writing out my yearly correspondence, addressing them, stickering them (I get fancy!) and stamping them when I realized I was about 16 stamps short. DANGIT. I scavenged what I could, but I was still coming up short. The USPS is a hot mess right now so I neither wanted to order online (I knew they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas) nor go there in person to purchase more (my local branch is basically a mess in the best of times in December let alone during the plague). I knew I was probably going to have to run into a Kroger, UPS store, or the like to get them. I didn't want to run all around town so I looked at the USPS website to see what outlets sold stamps and saw this Walgreens on the list. "Could it be? Could they have them for curbside?" I wondered. So I opened the app and sure enough, I found them available. I ordered 3 books and a goofy Christmas card for my husband's gift (it's a pop up and it plays music!) and my order was ready in 30 minutes. Pick up was a little slower than anticipated but their parking lot was very crowded so I expected it. The woman who dropped it off at my car very kindly apologized for the delay, but it truly wasn't a problem. I was cozy and safe in my car listening to holiday tunes. I just called on a Saturday after 3p - not knowing the hours are typically until 2p on a Saturday. A pharmacist (who didn't want to give his name, because his "entire team" provides service like this) answered the phone, and helped me with three of my Mom's prescriptions, all of which were transferred from a nearby pharmacy (and is a national competitor). Not only did he check the transfers, but also checked dosage and frequency, and also ran the prescriptions through insurance. This was all on a *Saturday*, and *an hour* after they had *closed*.
