They are one of a handful of compounding pharmacies in the Washtenaw County area. While a retail pharmacy is a one-size-fits-all, compounding pharmacies like Clark, take an individual approach to medicine. They create medicine using base ingredients, which allows for greater flexibility in administrating specialty medication(s) to your pet. The staff at Clark Professional Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are unsure about how to administer medication to your pet, they will take time to explain it to you, and answer any questions that you might have. The part I like is that it's easy to obtain prescription refills by using their automated phone system, especially during their off hours. So if you need specialty medication for your pet or natural supplements for yourself, Clark's the place for you.

The staff is extremely professional and... they take their work super seriously. Cleanliness and sterility is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Note this is a *compounding* pharmacy which lets them provide specialty prescriptions. So if, for example, you and your physician figure out you need to take 30 mg. of drug x, and 15 of y, and 40 of z, this pharmacy can take the raw materials and package it as a single pill. Similarly, if you have allergic or other problems with some of the fillers, etc., in mass market drugs, this group can give you something clean and simple. Also, while we have no experience with this specific aspect, they offer similar services for veterinary medications. Side note: They also have a full line of so-called supplements. There's *plenty* of garbage and fake claims in that whole industry, but Clark has quality items. Highly recommended.

Feels a little weird to be reviewing a CVS on Yelp, but I'll accept anything is possible in this…read moreday and age. My only complaint here is that the line to pick up prescriptions can get pretty long at times. Maybe they could add on another pharmacist at "peak times", whatever those may be? Seeing as though this location is mainly frequented by U of M students, I would imagine they could estimate demand based on the academic calendar, at least. Nonetheless, everyone is always really nice here, notably helpful, and I've had great experiences at Minute Clinic. It's in a fairly crappy space on State Street near where the "unsavorable" Ann Arbor residents hang out but they manage to keep it nice and organized and clean. For juxtaposition, take a look into the Chipotle which manages to look like it should be condemned by the health agency most of the time. Also, this CVS has great deals from time to time, where it's actually cheaper for me to get snacks sometimes here than the grocery store. Haribo is almost always 2/$4. I like that it has self checkout as well which puts it a point above Walgreens. And discount candy after the holidays.

Fourth, they do not answer questions in a sensible way, totally worthless answers. Fifth - bad service overall. Can't think of a positive thing to say.

I was so excited to see they were in stock! I got the ghostbusters one, so so cute and affordable. Would make a great gift for kids or honestly anyone. The store was across the board clean and well stocked in other aspects too. Also tried the popcorn! It's so good, I actually prefer it to regular microwave popcorn. Definitely recommend.

I like to go to an actual open register because I feel like I would like to give some people some job security and not go to self check out. Let me tell you what happened tonight when I went, my shopping experience was fine. I was able to find all the items that I needed. Store was clean that was great. Time to go up to the register and check out saw that the register was open, and went ahead and put my items up on the belt. When I got there, nobody was in line. There was just three employees standing in there talking to each other. I am putting my items on the belt and the gentleman starts bringing it up and continues reading it up and continues his conversation with the other coworkers. I had over $200 worth of stuff so you know it wasn't a small order. The entire time I was being rung up, he continued the conversation with the other employee. Did not acknowledge Me matter of fact when that when he was done ringing it up, didn't even tell me what my total was put my receipt in a bag didn't even hand it to me. I feel this was the most rude experience. I have had almost anywhere. You do not Continue talking to employees and ignore your customer. I did report it over to the manager customer service and she said she was going to talk to the two employees that were involved. If you work in customer service, I know it's difficult. I've done it plenty of times myself. But the number one rule is you acknowledge your customer. Acknowledge them when they walk up to. You acknowledge them when it's time to leave. I will continue going to the store, but I will think twice about using that gentleman or the lady. I'm not gonna mention names, when I go to the checkout again.
