very decent until I found out they only deliver within a 3hour window. Plus they won't call your doctor if you forget to get refills

They don't open till 10:00 and I have never had them answer their phone. The prescriptions are cheaper.

I hate to post a negative review about this pharmacy because I used to LOVE it a few years ago, but…read moreit has gone downhill to the point where I've now switched back to the dreaded Walgreens. I loved having a wonderful small pharmacy option so I hope they can get it together and go back to how they used to be. I have a few big problems with AA Pharmacy and they keep being an issue lately, unfortunately. First, they have a major issue with what they leave out spread across their counter. The last three times I was there, there were prescriptions with names of the person and names of the medicine in bags sitting right out on the same counter where you pay. Not only could I see confidential info, including about one person I knew, I also could have just taken some of the bags had I wanted to. It's so odd and they don't seem to care that confidential info is just cascading out on the same countertops where people are checking out. It seems so disorganized and careless now, which is disconcerting when I'm trusting them to manage medications for my family. Second, in the beginning, the pharmacist was always there and he was so friendly and helpful -- now there are several rude and/or inattentive people who will finish eating their sandwich before coming over to help people waiting at the register. If you have a question for a pharmacist, there often is not one there. If I ask when one will be there, they often aren't sure. I assume the prescriptions are still reviewed by a pharmacist (?!), but I have had two recent ones where they gave me the wrong amount, and both times they barely seemed to care. I'm not surprised to see all the good reviews from them are at least a year old. Sadly, the whole feeling there has changed so much and it's a huge disappointment. I've transferred away from them as of this week but I hope they improve!

They are one of a handful of compounding pharmacies in the Washtenaw County area. While a retail pharmacy is a one-size-fits-all, compounding pharmacies like Clark, take an individual approach to medicine. They create medicine using base ingredients, which allows for greater flexibility in administrating specialty medication(s) to your pet. The staff at Clark Professional Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are unsure about how to administer medication to your pet, they will take time to explain it to you, and answer any questions that you might have. The part I like is that it's easy to obtain prescription refills by using their automated phone system, especially during their off hours. So if you need specialty medication for your pet or natural supplements for yourself, Clark's the place for you.

The staff is extremely professional and... they take their work super seriously. Cleanliness and sterility is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Note this is a *compounding* pharmacy which lets them provide specialty prescriptions. So if, for example, you and your physician figure out you need to take 30 mg. of drug x, and 15 of y, and 40 of z, this pharmacy can take the raw materials and package it as a single pill. Similarly, if you have allergic or other problems with some of the fillers, etc., in mass market drugs, this group can give you something clean and simple. Also, while we have no experience with this specific aspect, they offer similar services for veterinary medications. Side note: They also have a full line of so-called supplements. There's *plenty* of garbage and fake claims in that whole industry, but Clark has quality items. Highly recommended.

COVID testing: They were mostly organized and I was in and out of there within about 15-20 min. Not too shabby. COVID vaccine: Relatively painless process. I wasn't able to figure out how to choose the J&J through the website, so I just walked in and asked. She said it was fine, though she acted put out that I was trying to walk in. In the end, I got my vaccine relatively quickly and with decent customer service. The nitrile gloves: Holy crap, this is so dumb. I bought online with a coupon to buy one box (at $4.99) and get one at 50% off. Well, that's 80 gloves for $7.50. Just about right for pre-COVID prices. When I ended up liking them, I decided to go into the store to repeat the buy (I noticed that the coupon online was still active.) In the store, the price for a regular box was $9.99, plus they didn't have the online deal in the store. So this is really what I did. I went on my phone, ordered the gloves, walked out to my car. Waited in the car, and they brought them out to me. The stupidity of what I had to do there just irritates me immensely... Finally, this store is pretty trashy. There isn't much that I would purchase in this store... and it was pretty boring to walk around for the 10 minutes after my vaccine, but I did survive the experience.

Otherwise, our experience utilizing the pharmacy is not exceptional. I could spend the next year just writing reviews from actual experiences my wife and I have had that illustrate the functional inadequacy of the pharmacy services at CVS locations in the greater Ann Arbor area. Whittaker doesn't bite it as badly as the Stadium location does, although that actually addresses another issue: This problem is not localized and so I am inclined to think it must be a systemic CVS issue that results in one undeniable truth: their pharmacy locations absolutely CAN'T EVEN. Here's a recent example: We visit the pharmacy on a Sunday because the CVS app has informed us repeatedly (like, no joke, that thing sent us so many alerts) that there are three medications waiting for us to pick up. We go inside (we usually do, because we always need to address some total screw up making it less efficient to attempt the drive-through), stop by the "Pick Up" counter of the pharmacy, and are promptly greeted. There's a point, nicely done. While explaining we are there to pick up medications, the specific phrasing "Here to pick up two or three prescriptions..." is deployed. We hope this will somehow help alleviate any issues or confusion about the fact that we need to leave with three prescriptions - per the CVS pharmacy app. The tech asks the ID verification questions, checks, and says that she will go get them. She comes back with one prescription and says that there is only one- and would we like to get that one? YES. Of course we want to get that one. We ask how to check on the others. She explains we have to go to the "Drop Off" counter to see about that. So we pay for the one. We move to the next counter and explain that we were told we need to initiate a medication refill (although we were confused as to why the App told us it was ready to go, in that case). This individual checks the computer, says that the prescription WAS indeed sent out - to the Stadium CVS. The place that we have specifically updated our information to avoid. Great. But she tells us we can transfer it over and they can fill it within a half hour or so. So we go to Kroger for a bit, come on back. We pick up the prescription in the drive through, and are assured there are not any additional medications to pick up. We decide to cut our losses, go home, and call to check what happened to the third one later (which is, arguably, the most important of the prescriptions we were there to claim). We call the doctor's office the next day, are informed that the prescription had been sent out, had been sent to the correct CVS Pharmacy, that it was there and it should have been available for pickup as of Sunday. The prescription was there at the CVS while we were there, and nobody thought to ask us if we wanted to Fill the prescription that was on hold. It is extremely frustrating when there is a medical need to utilize pharmacy services, and the only pharmacy nearby is a total disaster. I honestly cannot remember a single time we went to get a medication from CVS that didn't turn into a cluster that we needed to fight to reconcile. It's ridiculous. If you're like us and have a need to rely on them, I guess there's nothing you can do. But if you're not in that position, I recommend avoiding CVS pharmacy.
