The young woman with long dark hair working the closing shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing a name tag or anything identifying her as an employee. I passed by her several times while looking for an item, and she never offered any assistance. She also refused to ring customers up at the register and required everyone to use self-checkout. When my coupon did not apply, she reluctantly helped me, rolled her eyes, and ignored me while fixing the issue. After I paid, I returned a key she had left in the machine, and she did not acknowledge me at all. While I was gathering my bags to leave, she rudely & aggressively stated, "We closed several minutes ago. You need to leave NOW!" I remained patient and respectful throughout the entire interaction. I began checking out at least ten minutes before closing. I understand she wanted to leave, and so did I, but if she had assisted customers and focused on her job, she likely would have been finished on time. I fill the same prescriptions every single month for my kids. They are controlled substances so have to be called in by the doctor, and can't be picked up until you are basically out of the last one. Literally EVERY TIME there is a problem. They claim the doctor hasn't sent it, despite me having a confirmation they did. Sometimes it's just "not ready". Several times I had a confirmation FROM CVS something was ready but NOPE!! These are meds my kids take for aDHD and running out is a big problem. Not to mention that we never get an apology, I'm basically made to feel EVERY TIME like "tough luck too bad come back tomorrow". You've lost our business I am transferring every prescription for our entire family to Walgreens. read more

I had scheduled a call with the Pharmacist for a COVID prescription. Mistakenly I went to the store and was told to wait in the car and I would receive a call as the Pharmacist had to review my information. One of the techs came out after about 15 minutes to ask if I had completed the questionnaire, which I had. They said they couldn't find my information although I had a confirmation from CVS on my computer. After another 15 minutes the tech came back asking for my name and phone number saying they were having computer issues - my appointment had appeared and then disappeared and they had to call tech support and would call me back but I should go home and wait for their call. Definitely NOT what I wanted to hear as I was getting heaviness in my chest and wanted to see about getting the script before the weekend. I would not recommend using this service - my physician's office called back so I elected to speak with them instead. read more

I stopped into the 10 mile Ryan rd. store. told the teller I wanted to make a payment on my credit card. I gave the casher $160.00 plus $3.57 cents for the fee's they charge. I received a receipt and went on my way. To my surprise four days later I find out that there had not been any money added to my card. I thought that this was only a small mistake, remember I had a receipt that clearly stated that the money should've been added to my card. I went back to the store only to find that the manager said I had to call a number that didn't work. Then another number where I was told that they would do and investigation and get back with me in five to ten days. Not only did they not pay my credit card, I'm now stuck with making this month payment again , plus late fee's; and just to think I wasn't late! read more

I have been using this CVS for over 6 years. Mostly I have been treated with great courtesy and kindness. Perhaps it's Covid but have had trouble with things being out of stock. The pharmacy staff has generally been professional and on top of things. Today I encountered a tall, perhaps middle eastern man who was just short of being rude. I don't use CVS for prescriptions but for a good old, "I need toilet paper and a trashy magazine" emergency at 1am this place is pretty solid. Open 24 hours, usually have what I need, and I've never wanted to rage punch anyone from waiting in line too long (which happens to me pretty regularly at CVS stores for some reason). I've been meaning to write a review for a while. The pharmacy staff here has always been pleasant and helpful. I had to finally write a review today after I picked up a prescription and found a note on it from the pharmacist telling me to check online for a coupon. I didn't have my phone with me so a pharmacy tech was helpful enough to look it up for me. Because of their efforts I paid $10 for my prescription instead of $60!! Wowwww! I never would have known. As for the rest of the store, it's pretty average, maybe a bit rundown compared to other CVSs. That's why I'm waffling between 4 stars and 5. I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They did save me 50 bucks, after all. read more

I've been here few times and the last visit took me to their Pharmacy... it was after 7 pm, so I didn't expect it to be busy, but boy was I wrong. There were few customers ahead of me, but the issue was only two people behind the counter... one was busy handling the drive through and the other busy consulting with the customers... the one handling the consulting seems like he was ready to throw his hands up.... could feel the stress coming from him and I was at least 20 feet away! I waited for my turn and gave them what I needed (I think the wait time was around 10 minutes) ... also told them I needed to transfer my medicine from one pharmacy to CVS... since the other pharmacy was closed, advised them to call the next day (we'll see if they did when I pick up my medicine). The place looks little disorganized and short staffed... but I guess that's what you get when dealing with big chains like CVS.... As I left, felt sorry for the workers at the pharmacy... looks like I'll be coming back often to get my drugs! read more

As a middle aged woman with a few health issues, I wanted to say thanks to the Pharmacists at CVS on Industrial in Ann Arbor and specifically Rohit Burde. Mr. Burde went out of his way on a very busy and demanding evening to help me out by making sure he filled my script near closing time while I waited in the drive thru. I've come to rely on the help and advice I've received from the pharmacy staff at the Industrial location and wanted to say thank you. I went to get tested for covid and TERRI was so sweet and helpful ! She is so kind, her demeanor felt like a breath of fresh air. I called the store to tell the manager about my wonderful experience with her but he seemed rather indifferent about it which made me a little sad because Terri is a gem and deserves the recognition! read more

I guess I can't really respond much to Mae's review because I really don't buy much here above my prescriptions. My guess is that the few other items I pick up now and then (detergent, lightbulbs, etc.) probably are more pricey than the supermarket, but I feel like more pharmacy chain prices are comparable. I really like this place because it's close, convenient, and open 24 hours. I've never had a significant problem with getting a script filled here, and the few times they've been out of a medication, they've let me know right away so I could get it filled at another location if time was critical. Occasionally I happen upon a stupidly long line, but usually they're pretty efficient here. And, every once in awhile, I'll happen upon a truly attractive (read: kinda hot!), charming pharmacist -- who knew they existed?! Whoa. read more

While the store is 24 hours, the pharmacy no longer is. I think the CVS on Plymouth and Green still has a 24 hour pharmacy, but I'm not totally sure. This CVS is pretty much like every other CVS. When you're in a hurry, there's a line and they are short staffed. While the drive through pharmacy is somewhat convenient (for those who have access to cars), the entrance for it is off of Stimson, and you cannot get to it from the main entrance. This proved to be problematic when I was feverish and trying to avoid spreading my disease. read more

A-Okay, although I think they could probably use a little more staff because the few times that I was here there was always more than a 5 minute wait to check-out. I don't think it's acceptable to have to wait that long at a drug store, especially when I was only purchasing some hair product and bottled water. Self checkout, maybe?? Regardless, I was relieved to find a 24-hour store open near my hotel while I was here on business. This CVS went above and beyond supplying essentials needed to keep myself warm and happy! You could feel the U of M Wolverine pride from a block away. It should be convenient -- but every time I try to shop here, they are out of what I want. They dropped the one-hour photo service before everyone switched to digital cameras anyway. They charge very high prices for most ordinary things, and the shelves are poorly stocked anyway. Just one more mystery store: what keeps them in business? read more

Avoid this cvs location at all costs. There are so many other locations that are so much more competent (though I feel that all cvs pharmacies are slipping...). I would recommend for example the one on stadium. This place is ridiculous and have wasted approximately 4 hours of my time and my wife's time put together. My wife's physician needed her to increase the dose of one medication due to the side effects of another med she requires for a serious condition. This other med was not a scheduled narcotic or a benzo--it was a blood pressure medicine that was generic for goodness sakes! And they wouldn't allow her to get any more pills without paying out of pocket to cover her until the current script ran out. These people just couldn't understand that her physician wanted her to double the dose of her current med now. Seeing as these people couldn't understand this, my wife paid out of pocket to get a two weeks supply to last to the end of the script. I then go back to pick up her script or the rest of the meds. Not only is it not filled, they completely messed up the order, only providing a two month supply as opposed to a three months supply. Back to the cvs again. Then a discussion on how many pills my wife bought out of pocket. Then phone calls. Then the conclusion that someone must have entered the last order in wrong. Then despite this, lack of a fix. Another hour wasted. While I know these pharmacists are extremely busy, they need to know that common sense should be applied. Their customers are busy people with busy lives, and since they don't have 24 h pharmacies anymore, we can't be dealing with this nonsense during our workday and especially when physician's orders are not followed. So I will be boycotting this location and contemplating switching all of our scripts to Walgreens. I've noticed a frank decline in the service provided at cvs across Ann Arbor, and this experience may just be the straw that broke the camels back. read more

NOT A 24 HOUR PHARMACY I only gave this store one star because there is not option to give no stars, which is honestly what I believe they deserve. Not only was their sign completely inaccurate and they DO NOT provide a 24 hr pharmacy, after I asked if they knew of any, they informed me the nearest one was in Belleville. So... If you need a late night prescription filled or you're coming from the ER, you're sunk. Their outdoor signs are just false advertising. The pharmacy actually closes at 6pm. Besides that, the store is not exactly clean and staff were rude and unhelpful. You're better off going elsewhere, which I shall be doing from now on. Meijer pharmacies are open longer. read more

Manager called the cops on my friend and I for "stealing". We had come in at 1am to a 24 hour store. We were browsing a makeup sale. The makeup was marked down and disbursed throughout the whole makeup section. She accused us of putting makeup in our purses and damaging product. I had bought $40 worth of product when the 5 police officer arrived and searched our bags. They found nothing and we were still given a verbal no trespass order. Tried contacting corporate and ended up playing phone tag for weeks. Finally my roommate received a call from the supervisor and he told her he would talk to the manager but he wasn't going to fire her. He then proceeded to say he was just hearing about the incident (weeks later) and he would not ban us and if we came in during his shift "he would buy us a pop or something." I used to go to this store all the time but I won't anymore . I returned everything I had just purchased. I just wish someone at CVS would have said sorry for the incident. read more
