Then they were struggling to find the medication. My doctor sent in a 3 months script for refills to avoid this happening. They received my script 2 weeks ago and knew it was due to be filled yesterday. They are out of stock and stayed to find somewhere else. I'm assuming I'm just being blacklisted by them because they are made I've been making complaints about receiving my medication and the correct amount. My doctor told me if this happened again after sending in a 3 months script in advance, giving them ample time to order and get the meds in, to let him know. The office keeps a list of pharmacies that patients struggle getting their meds through. So sadly I'm going to have to let him know to add arbor lakes to that list. All other pharmacies are telling me they have no issues currently finding my meds. Not sure why arbor lakes struggles. I've done nothing wrong in my behalf!

The staff is extremely professional and... they take their work super seriously. Cleanliness and sterility is meticulous and they take the time to do it right. Note this is a *compounding* pharmacy which lets them provide specialty prescriptions. So if, for example, you and your physician figure out you need to take 30 mg. of drug x, and 15 of y, and 40 of z, this pharmacy can take the raw materials and package it as a single pill. Similarly, if you have allergic or other problems with some of the fillers, etc., in mass market drugs, this group can give you something clean and simple. Also, while we have no experience with this specific aspect, they offer similar services for veterinary medications. Side note: They also have a full line of so-called supplements. There's *plenty* of garbage and fake claims in that whole industry, but Clark has quality items. Highly recommended.

I was drawn in by their flier offering free multivitamins or aspirin. Their in-store selection for otc products is limited due to lack of foot traffic. The pharmacist was really nice and eager to match or beat meijer gummy vitamin prices. They'd order them and presumably provide free delivery (another highlight of their service!). I asked and they also do pet meds and compounding. While I didn't buy anything today, I'm definitely planning on keeping an eye out for ways I can utilize this place. Even if it's just to get them to beat meijer pharmacy prices, need some cheap generics and want to avoid Walmart, or when I'm stuck at home without a car. As a side note, I tried to stop in on Sunday and they were closed (they were open on a Wednesday morning). Consider calling for their hours before driving over. If you're looking for a local pharmacist, I'd totally give these guys a try. (4 stars for me, because they are not the BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD, and are untested overall and have worse hours for me, than meijer, but they seem like a good small business option. She was professional and helped calm my nerves as she told me what would be the best medication she could provide me with while figuring out if he needed to go to the hospital. The people at the counter were quick with the transaction and wished my friend well, which really meant a lot. He ended up going to the hospital, but I cannot thank the staff at Chelsea Pharmacy enough. I saw some really cute home goods, but had no time to browse. Definitely going back!

For the first time ever we tried the Tire Center at Costco. Purchased 2 new tires almost 3 weeks…read moreago & scheduled for installation (as required). Were told tires would arrive "in a few days". After I didn't hear back, I called. Tires were still not in. A few days later they called to say tires had arrived. (3 weeks later) Dropped car at 3:30pm was told they would finish 1 hour to 1hour & 15 minutes. An hour later I received a call to say they'd just pulled car in. Were told in addition to the 2 front worn tires that both rear tires were "damaged" - one with a nail and the other with a tear in side wall. I know it sounds crazy, but an automotive place had just serviced the car as well, I glanced at but never saw this damage prior to dropping off the car. Also felt like this was quite a coincidence that the 2 "best" tires with tread were now "damaged" and also needed to be replaced. No accusation here just suspicion. Costco suggested we buy all 4 new tires at ticket price of about $170 each. (For a 2009 Honda accord so not the biggest tire) The situation felt off/odd - so I phoned my partner. My partner Recommended we keep to original plan and have them replace the two (rear) damaged tires now in place of the 2 (front) worn tires. We asked if they would place the 2 new tires on front while replacing the damaged since vehicle is front wheel drive; they said "no" they couldn't do that because.....? 2 different people told me 2 different reasons why they could not do this. Two hours later I retrieve the car but also voiced my concern about longer than anticipated wait time, the apparent attempt to upsell us, & discrepancy regarding why. I have mixed feelings because Costco reportedly is maintaining its DEI policy (vs many other retailers who backed down) But I couldn't help wonder whether I would have experienced same treatment had I : 1)been a man 2) been not a Black or BIPOC person 3) been a white male. I appreciate that the tire center manager was nice and tried to assure me of honest best practice. The customer service manager, though, had a much less concerned and more nonchalant attitude.
