I think they don't answer on purpose. How can I have one caller ahead of me for 45 minutes!? Turnover of techs seems like it is bi-weekly. If Walgreens corporate actually cared about their patients, they would take this Novi location and took a real close look at the lack of work going on. Most of the employees seem irritated with their job. I honestly can't say enough bad things about this location.

I showed up 5 minutes early, but since there was only one register open it took almost 15 minutes before I was waited on. Then it took almost 10 minutes to check in (it was embarrassing to hold up the line for that long!) as the clerk seemed to have to hit 500 key strokes. Finally, I was told to wait for my shot. That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? I will never go there again to get a shot, even if it is free. Zero stars for how they run things!
