You told me I had to go back to "Shelby" to get this filled because you would be questioned, but did not explain why. We never spoke about me transferring other medications to you, or that this was an option to get my first relative prescription filled there. Your entire response is based around a conversation, half of which never took place. Had it taken place, had you not looked for more ways to not help me, than help me, I would have of course considered it. "We must abide by policy and be able to manage all medications and not just controls." I am all about policy. I have been following policy for 20 years on that medication which is why it is prescribed to me. That is not what we are talking about here. We are talking about how you came across in a negative way as a business who did not take the time to understand the needs of a consumer, looking to give you business.
