The staff are knowledgeable, competent and friendly as well as very helpful. Last month we hadn't received a prescription we were expecting by mail that never showed up due to an error in ordering and our regular pharmacy didn't have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did but my wife had been independently checking around and had it already filled at a different Henry Ford Pharmacy.
