Paralyzed from the shoulders down, on a ventilator and unable to speak, glasses broken and incapable of wearing his contacts he was trapped in a hospital bed for months. When I asked the women working in the office what we could do to help him they hopped into action. Primary Eye went above-and-beyond to get my husband a pair of glasses so that he could at least pass the time watching television and see the faces of the nurses who were taking care of him. The staff here were so very kind to me during the worst time of my life and gave my husband a measure of independence when he needed it the most. Thank you!!

I had them reassess the script and we're going to send them back to get redone. After weeks of no contact I went back and they were sitting there ready for pick up. I am confident they were never sent back out to get redone. Steer clear of this place. Poor quality of care, communication, and follow up.
