Absolutely NO CARE WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience and additional cost to us (as insurance resets to 0 on Jan 1). Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for trying to work us in later in the week. I was basically told this was my fault for waiting until the end of the year to schedule the appts and accused of having an "adult temper tantrum" when I started to push back on this BS.
