I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and I know a good office when I visit one. The staff is very friendly . The dental hygienist's are gentle but thorough. Dr Morrison did a very good job on my recent filling, giving me just the right amount of novocaine and did the procedure in a timey manner. The office billing team is always spot on. I have never had any surprises on my bill or any insurance issues, also I never had a excessive wait to start my appointments. read more

Called in advance and asked if they took United of Concordia. They said yes. I got my teeth cleaned, should have cost nothing. They send me a bill for $245. When I call the associate tells me "we take all kinds of insurance they are just out of network". I am unsure of what she thought I was asking when I called. They charge $470 for routine care. Cleaning and a set of X-rays. The place is nothing spectacular. There is no reason for the outrageous charges. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BELIEVING THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!! What they want is your money and they don't care who they get it from. read more

Sends junk mailers via snail mail, mass mailings so cant unsubscribe. Wastes a lot of paper and this is very sad and annoying.

Super nice staff. They give a very thorough cleaning and don't push you to get services that you say you can't afford. They also have a hygienist who does well with autistic children which is a plus for me. read more

Called last week to schedule a cleaning for my daughter and myself. They were unable to locate our insurance in their system although our insurance lists them as a provider. The staff member called and sorted it out and stated she would note the system. Today, 3 hours before our scheduled appointments new staff member didn't show our insurance in the system, and she was also calling to let me know that they would not be able to see me because one of their hygienists called in sick. I took half a day off of work for these appointments, and get called hours before the appointment stating they wouldn't be able too see me. I then called to cancel my appointment, and they all of the sudden could squeeze me in. Why not do that in the first place? Only reason I chose this provider was because our family dentist doesn't accept our new insurance. After this experience, I would rather pay cash out of pocket then deal with this office. read more
