He wants to sell cosmetic dentistry and clearly wants his hygienists to be sales people. I'm 53 and have zero cavities. He decided I should have Invisalign (which his wife conveniently sells). No one has ever mentioned this before. I've moved my entire family to the practice where one of this office's old hygienists moved and we're much happier again. I hope this dude makes enough money quick so he can retire and quit upselling people and someone with better ethics takes over the practice.
