Tried to make an appointment for teeth whitening. The woman on the phone worked with me to schedule something to come in. A few hours later, she calls me saying that I need to schedule an extra cost exam for a cleaning or "some sort of service to get me in the door". This place literally doubled down on a money grab. I only leave this review because of the waste of time that was spent trying to figure this out for a simple whitening and the rudeness of the woman who handles the phone. If she didn't hang up on me, I would have simply rescheduled. Yes. She hung up on me. Stay away from whatever is going on at this location. read more

I have absolutely zero complaints! The staff is amazing and unlike most dentists they do not try to over charge you and do things that aren't necessary. I was struggling with grinding my teeth and instead of just having me get a custom mouth guard made which would cost a ton they recommended a cheaper one to try first and I love it. Went here for years, and a GREAT experience every time. The best dentist I've ever been to. Everyone in the office was really nice. I had the same hygienist for all my visits, which makes it easy to develop a relationship and for them to understand my dental history. I never felt like they pressured me into any treatment or procedure just to make money. Possibly most importantly, Dr Herrero knows what he's really good at, AND what he's not. When you need a procedure performed that isn't his specialty, he will refer you to someone who is great at it so that you get the best care possible. And in my last visit, I got to meet Lola, their new therapy puppy! I'm moving far away soon, but I wish I could continue coming here. It might be a while before I find another dentist this good. read more

Where to start on the positives of this office. How about the incredibly kind phone call and easy scheduling with the receptionist, which led to an extremely easy to find office with ample parking. I was then greeted by the incredibly kind receptionist that I initially spoke with, who had me fill out forms on a very easy to follow program using an IPad. I truly only had to wait a few mins to be called in by the hygenist, Sarah. She was warm, personable funny, and so competent, and gentle with me. She had me almost falling asleep, during a cleaning!! :) After all of this insanely kind treatment, I met Dr. Herrero, who was also warm and honest with me about my x-rays and opinions. Hands down.. this is a rare office with an extremely well put together staff, who genuinely care for their patients. I would give more stars if possible. read more

Had a cavity filled and was happy with the speed and quality of the work. Dr. Herrero works swiftly but not without care. You can tell he is very comfortable and skilled with his tools - he makes it look easy but this is just the mark of a well experienced professional. He will save you a trip back because he is very thoughtful and conservative in his approach. The patient is always right though and he will not pressure you into anything you don't want to do, but he will be honest in his recommendations. Staff was very friendly, facility very clean and orderly. You can also tell the equipment is up to date. They are not cutting any corners here! Highly recommended. read more

Super timely; the only waiting room visit that lasted more than a few minutes was the one that I showed up 15 minutes early to. Friendly staff; always a pleasure to set up another appointment with them. Willing to go the extra tooth; a wisdom tooth of mine had an old filling sticking out on it. I'm paraphasing here, but they said something like, "Hey, STEVE! This overhang on your tooth might be a place where a cavity or some gingivitis or some other scary teeth things could start a family if left unattended. Let's grind that down for you to make it less habitable for cavities and more habitable for a tooth brush to visit every now and then", and I said "Ok", and that became the end of that. The only downside? They said I could probably floss more often! Gah, but they're probably right. read more
