Today I had some work done and one of the hygienists gave me my numbing shot and I barely felt it at all. Everyone here does great work. Grateful that my insurance is accepted here so it's also been affordable, too. Getting an appointment isn't too tough, though cleanings can be a few months out if you need to reschedule a standing date, but they also have a last minute appointment wait list and they can reach out to you via text, so getting something sooner isn't hard as long as you have some flexibility. Facility is also VERY clean, comfortable, and modern!

Then at one point they gave me a crown and it turns out the crown was not done right and needed to be replaced 6 months later. They seem to get a new dentist every year or two. I would not recommend them as they seem to go through dentists very quickly and there is not much consistency. I am very happy at my new dentist.

We have recently moved to the area so we were looking for a dentist nearby. My husband went first,…read morehe was referred to go to a facial surgeon for a consult due to sinuses. The dentist said this individual would be able to check for bigger issues and they weren't able to tell for sure from X-rays on their end. So, he went to the facial surgeon (who wasn't covered by insurance) and then was told they couldn't really help and not sure why he was referred there. However, they did a scan and then recommended an ENT. They never followed up on the results even though he's called to inquire. That being said, we felt that the dentist should have known what kind of doctor to refer to and mislead him into paying unnecessary money for no additional help. I went for a dental check up a few months later. Figured we'd give them another try. We should not have. The front desk staff was very nice though. They took me back a few minutes late (that's fine). But then would not take X-rays stating because I was pregnant even though I specifically placed on my forms I had a note from the doc that X-rays were okay and told them while in the chair X-rays were fine according to my doctor and I had the note. I feel that this should have been shared prior to my visit bc I would have gone elsewhere. Aside from that I waited about 25-30 minutes for the dentist because they were running behind. Unacceptable. Lastly, the tech was trying to get me to come back in like 3 months vs the insurance covered 6 months. No thanks. It's not like anything was wrong with my teeth- she even stated I hate great dental hygiene from what she saw. So why have me come back so soon? So you can get more money? Needless to say we will both be going elsewhere for our dental care.

I've picked this place as my local Dentist since it's close to home. I have had a pleasant…read moreexperience so far. Haven't had any over bearing requests to floss / brush more (which a previous Dentist used to suggest in order to have me come in for more cleanings, etc;). Pricing wise, I don't know, I have coverage, and who really knows the market value of fillings and chip repairs. I haven't had any major work that needed much out of pocket costs, so I'm satisfied so far with expenses. If you are in the area, give this place a try, as always in this type of profession, it is typically personal experiences that speak volumes. Mine has been fine so far, staff is friendly and this place reminds me of my old Dentist from Canada. One side note, wish they would provide those 'anti splash / anti light' sunglasses my old dentist used to provide, I had a session where I took a lot of splashing to the face, and had that light in my eyes, would have been a more pleasurable experience if I had something to at least reduce the light on the eyes.

Every interaction I have had with Dr. Greashaber's practice has been pleasant and seamless. Making an appointment was easy, the paperwork was easy, the front desk staff & dental hygienists are nice, and Dr. Greashaber is professional but warm and kind. I had a slightly bad reaction to the anesthesia (just jittery from the epinephrine) and he was so comforting. Further, he said that a few of my fillings that he was going to do on a subsequent visit were surface-level enough where I could avoid anesthesia on those. As I was leaving, he noted that once the anesthesia wore off I could expect a few days of gum soreness and pain. Well, guess what...nothing! It's crazy, the numbness was the worst part of it all. I had my appointment this morning and I feel nothing at all. Not sure if that's due to Dr. Greashaber or pure luck, but either way I can't complain! All in all, I think my parents have found their new practice!
