Dr Johnson and his team are GREAT. I typically get anxious about seeing a dentist, and Wolfpack was recommended for people who are anxious about the dentist. I am SO GLAD I started coming to Wolfpack dental to see Dr Johnson and his team. They always go an extra step to make sure you're comfortable and they've never tried to sell me on a procedure that I didn't need. I've been so happy here that my wife switched over too, and she's been happy with her switch too. Found this dentist through Google. Had a horrible infection in a tooth, called them 9 minutes after they opened. I was in a chair 20 minutes later. I've been a patient ever since and I just can't say enough good things about them! The practice is modern and very clean. Every single person is kind, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Johnson is very careful to make sure you are filled in on every single thing that will be happening and all your options. I've never felt any pressure or judgement. I had a terrific experience last week when I was in for my bi-annual cleaning. Jodi was very welcoming at the front desk and Linda did a wonderful job on my cleaning. She was gentle and educational, also a pleasure to talk to. The office was flexibility in scheduling a few nasty cavities for later the same day as I live in Cleveland, so getting back for another visit would be a trek. I came in for a cleaning this week. Dr. Trang was very knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. She taught me how to properly Waterpik, why that's important and other things like how gum disease can increase your risk for heart disease. My last dentist quoted me $900+ for a cleaning! I came in to see Dr. Trang for a second opinion. She said that I didn't need the full in depth cleaning and saved me that $900. She was very honest and didn't try to upsell me like the last dentist. Dr. Trang didn't seem to rush at all. It was the best cleaning I've had in years. My mouth literally feels like a brand new mouth. She even smoothed out my filling at no charge, something that my previous dentists missed. Now, it feels way smoother and cleaner. I highly recommend this dental office. Visited Dr. Johnson for the first time regarding an old bridge with an anchor tooth gone bad. He saw me right away and patiently explained what was happening and the reason for the pain, spending time to answer all my questions. I'm under his treatment now to take care of it. His attention to my comfort during treatment and chair-side manner put me very much at ease. Dr. Trang even shared her thoughts with me. Dr. Johnson and staff couldn't be nicer. Johnson & Trang Dental is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. When I went in for my first appointment, I was immediately greeted by amazing staff members who were more than willing to make me feel comfortable before my appointment. During my appointment, I felt extremely cared for by my hygienist, who made sure to do a through examination and cleaning of my teeth, before being seen by Dr. Trang. Once Dr. Trang came to do her examination, she was sure to note any issues/questions I had for her as well as explaining what things she was seeing to me. I am usually not a huge fan of going to the dentist as it does give me some anxiety, however, I have never felt so relaxed and welcomed by the friendly and expert staff at this office.
