Hands down the fastest and most painless I have ever experienced, and I felt compelled to write an online review. I was in and out of there in no time, felt like I was in expert hands for the entire procedure (which I can't say about most dentists), and felt almost no pain at all. No special techniques for numbing, either. I just think some dentists know how to work in a way that causes the least pain to the patient. I absolutely recommend calling their office if you ever want to switch dentists!

The professionalism of the entire staff was second to none. Dr Indianer took a lot of time explaining options and walking me through the entire process of my care. She was also a critic of dentists who opted for expensive crowns over much less expensive fillings. She believed in regular cleaning over "deep cleaning," stating that dentists recommending deep cleaning have been to too many seminars! On cleaning, Mary Jo did this herself, old school, by hand, rather than using an ultrasonic device, or having a dental hygienist do it. Mary Jo was like your best friend, working to guide you through a gentle dental relationship, while minimizing your anxiety over the whole process. Unfortunately for all of her patients, she retired in 2024. We lost an orchid of the dental world, whose presence graced her office with calm and concern. We miss you Doctor Sandberg, but thank you for showing us the standard which other dentists would do well to model.

When I first walked into crimson maple Dental my anxiety was high and my expectations were very low…read moredue to poor experiences I have had in the past. From that very moment of filling out paperwork and explaining my prior situation the entire staff showed me nothing but comfort ,empathy And positive support. I had gone awhile to the point I was so insecure very low confidence and I would hide my teeth when I would talk or smile. Dr Ubaydi explain to me that this was going to be a very long journey in order to reach my personal goals but their main concern there get me out of pain first clean up and clear any dekay or cavities. They're even was a few times where I would feel extremely frustrated not visibly seeing anything but I was well aware of what was being done and I understood the process what needed to be done first but more importantly I trusted him. The route that we had talked about and what I decided on was to go with the snap and seal. I still remember the day like it was yesterday I was back at the office to have the top snaps put in. All the girls in the office were all standing around the doorway peeking in because they War just as excited as I was to see the end result. During the course of the year I developed a relationship with the staff and including the doctor to where I felt that Not only was I treated as a patient or a customer but also like a family member. the very moment that the doctor handed me a mirror so I can look at my new teeth and I couldn't do it because I was so nervous the day has finally come. Just hearing everybody's reaction of happiness before I looked in the mirror tears were already streaming down my cheeks and I couldn't believe what I was looking at. They gave me back my confidence and they gave me back my self dignity everything changed for the better. The entire experience dealing with the office and all the obstacles I had to to overcome the staff at crimson maple Dental made things a lot easier and comfortable throughout the process. And I couldn't thank them enough. From the bottom of my heart I will say it again thank you. You all helped change my life for the better. If I could rate 10 Stars instead of 5 I would. hands down I would recommend this office over any and I got the smile to prove it. Thank you Jeff~
