My experience at this office has been incredibly disappointing. The staff is…read moreunprofessional, fake, and insincere! The environment felt more like a gossip circle than a dental practice. After checking out, I overheard the receptionist gossiping a lot and talking down about me, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. While I expect professional treatment from any healthcare provider, overhearing staff talk bad about patients is unacceptable. Patients should feel valued and respected, but this was clearly not the case here. Paying out of pocket for major work, including a bridge they did for me two years ago. Lately, I've had some issues with that side and simply wanted to get it checked. Instead, I ended up being gossiped about after my visit. This isn't the first time it's happened, which is exactly why I had stopped visiting this office in the past. It's unacceptable behavior from a place I trusted with my dental care. DON'T RECOMMEND! UNPROFESSIONAL, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU'RE VALUED AS A PATIENT
