So far so good! I went in for a cleaning thursday and they were able to get me back in on Monday for dental work. All the staff is very kind and friendly. they offer you referral cards for a full exam, xrays and a cleaning for the most amazing price. I definitely have some people to share this gift with. unfortunately, its a tad hard to find their location. nothing really jumps out at you but thats not their fault....city rules. dr manzor is nice and very informative. Can I just say- My teeth are now perfect, thanks to Dr. Manzor's incredible attention to detail. Dr. Manzor convinced me to get adult braces before veneers. Despite my intense reservations, everything went beautifully. She worked with my orthodontist to get my bottom teeth straight and my jaw aligned, then she equalized my bite for superior alignment. In the end, we opted for crowns, which are flawless. People don't believe they are fake! Even dental professionals are surprised to discover the top front 4 teeth are not human grown. Lab artistry. I will not return. I do not like how they are not easy to work with. I felt they were misleading, harrassive, and unprofessional. I had to undergo surgery to remove a cracked tooth that was un-salvageable and decided to come here because it was the closest dental office to my home. For the first time, I met the staff. Everyone seemed welcoming and friendly, which I really liked as a first impression. I got my exams and of course, I was presented with a couple of solutions. I needed a tooth extracted and understood it'd never grow back again. I either had to get a bridge procedure or get a porcelain tooth implanted. The latter costed a lot more and was way out of my budget. On a different day when I had a little more time, I went there and attempted to apply for their financing program. To no avail, I didn't have enough credit history. My husband didn't either, so I couldn't co-sign him. I had to get a relative to come in with me and that was extremely inconvenient because of our clashing schedule. Since my issue was time sensitive, it wasn't going to be possible for both of us to come back in at the same time - so I left their office once again. Then they had Valerie, their accountant, constantly call and harass me while I was sleeping, working, or in class. This continued for nearly a whole month, every day, until my surgery date. It got to the point where I would just ignore her calls and/ or send it to my voice mail. I decided to not get the porcelain implant and proceeded with the bridge procedure because they wouldn't let me finance (even though I had two full-time jobs)! Dr. Manzor was well-aware of my situation, condition, x-rays, and exams and told me that everything was all right and we were going to proceed with the bridge. I got my surgery date scheduled and there I was again 2 weeks later. As I was getting prepped for my surgery, Dr. Mazor sat me down and apologized that she couldn't do the bridge procedure because my "bite" or my teeth were too small and the bridge would collapse. She tried to upsell me the implant at the LAST MINUTE, which was the procedure I originally wanted, but couldn't do because of their lame financing system and their lack of accommodation. I couldn't understand why 2 weeks prior when I was there, when she was reviewing my x-rays, exams, bite, and options, she said everything looked good. And now she's telling me bad news right before my surgery?! THEN tried to upsell? That's not exactly what I wanted to hear right before being put to sleep and be out cold. After I got that problematic tooth out that just seemed to have an endless trail of problems, I left their office FOR GOOD and took my business somewhere else. I am thankful that I did because I met other professionals who, not only experienced, but were honest, straight-forward, helpful, and cost-friendly. They also didn't harrass me twice a day while I was sleeping, at work, or at school! read more

I have been a patient of Dr.Manzor's for just about a year now. It was sheer fate that I ended up in her chair, as I had an extremely painful tooth problem very early in the morning and started calling any dentist in the phone book to see who was open. Dr.Manzor wasn't even in the office when I called but she insisted on meeting me there to ease my discomfort. I never went back to my regular dentist after that. Dr.Manzor is professional, kind, and when she talks to you she treats you like a human being and not a paycheck. I am so very glad I ended up in her chair! read more

The only nice thing I have to say about this establishment is that they are indeed pleasant. They overcharged me for the visit. I was there for about 15 minutes and they charged my insurance about $240 and I paid $130 out of pocket and I didn't even get a cleaning. Go on Groupon and you'll get a better deal spend your money there. I went in for my wisdom teeth because I couldn't handle the pain and I already knew that was the problem so they gave me the same information I already knew and scheduling my next appointment with their oral surgeon and she was only in on Wednesdays. I'm in so much pain and they told me that the surgery would be December 15. Listen I'm in pain I'm not waiting. So she pretty much just gave me a bunch of medications so I can bare the pain until December 15. Preposterous! After the appointment I spoke to the last who is in charge of the billing and that was when I was presented with the $130. I was shocked I asked her exactly what does that cover she was not able to give me a straight answer. It's as if money was the number one priority. My brother calls the next day because he didn't understand and she was all over the place (biller). So she calls me and tells my all this shenanigans and they refunded me $40 blah blah blah. It made no sense and it still doesn't. Take your business somewhere else. You will thank me. Also, it is very unprofessional to talk about MY insurance policies on a app that is clearly public. Also I was refunded $40 correct? So clearly someone was not doing their part. They also take down most of the negative reviews! What a joke. read more

I've never actually gone to see this doctor but was having some concerns and called the office to schedule an appointment. Like any dentist office the wait was a couple months. The receptionist told the doctor my concerns and she agreed to stay after her work to meet with me. She was accommodating to my work schedule and the receptionist was very friendly with helping me understand my benefits. If this doesn't show dedication on both ends I'm not to sure what does! read more
