I was shocked to see the poor reviews and even more confused when reading them…read more Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course, but personally I am a person who is anxiety ridden and the dentist is my least favorite place in the entire world but I am not over exaggerating when I say this but I actually look forward to coming here because of how welcoming the staff is. They ease any anxiety I use to have and the entire staff makes it personal and you feel like you're one of the team! Dr Jonah is one of the best. The staff and manager are just as great. It's sad to see that money seems to be the biggest complaint, personally I never had a single issue and am team Aspen all the way!

I went into this appointment with an infection so far advanced that I was considering going to the ER for an IV of antibiotics because my body wasn't responding to the oral ones I was giving several days earlier & the progression of my infection was progressively worsening by the hour. I have had very few pleasant experiences with dentists over the years, however; I left my appointment feeling nothing less than satisfied with not only the quality of care I had just received, but also relieved I had finally found a dentistry that gives me a sense of comfort about putting my dental health in their hands. Every single one of the staff members was not only pleasant to work with but they went above and beyond to reassure me I was in good hands. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever experienced while visiting a dentist in my 30 years on Earth. I wish I remembered my dentists & his assistants name but it i unfortunately cannot at this time. If either of you are reading this, thank you for taking such great care of me in a time of worry, pain and just overall misery. You both were by far the more personable, educational, thorough and thoughtful medical professionals I've had the pleasure in meeting and I will be recommending this place for as long as I can. I will be more than happy to continue giving them my business because I genuinely feel that my teeth, general well-being and peace of mind will be in great hands. I couldn't recommend this place more.

A year ago these folks scheduled me in for an emergency extraction. It went very well. I was too…read moreuncomfortable at that time to appreciate the experience. Today, I went in to get an exam for some new discomfort. The office was clean and bright. The doctor spent a good deal of time with me and was clearly engaged in providing care and answering all my questions. They use all the latest technology, and the staff is easily the nicest that I've ever encountered in a dentist's office. I've found my new dentist.

Today I told worker Antonio that I would no longer be returning to Warren Family Dentistry. After I…read morewas contacted to reschedule my 6mo visit (which I was fine with), the morning of my rescheduled visit, Antonio had called me 2 twice and left me 2 messages - the first asking if I could come in a bit earlier, the second telling me my appointment would be cancelled because they hadn't "heard back from me". My appointment was scheduled for 12p Saturday, and I woke up at 10:30a to these messages (forgive me I like to sleep in on the weekends, hence why my appointment was scheduled at 12p). I immediately called back and spoke with Antonio who told me that their staff was sick with the flu and "honestly shouldn't have been working with patients" so they sent them home early and did not have staff for my appointment. I let Antonio know I was frustrated since I'd already rescheduled and then had my appointment cancelled, all because of the office and not me. Antonio apologized and asked what they could do for me...which was weird since they're a dental office. Do they offer free cleanings? When I attempted to reschedule Antonio asked "can you only come in on Saturdays?" I said yes. Antonio THEN responded with "why do you work during the week?" And this is when I lost all respect for Antonio and told him I would not be returning. Openly telling me that his staff was sick and working with the public, asking me to come in earlier to be seen by this sick staff so they could be sent home, and then asking me personal questions that were none of his business and did not have any impact on me scheduling a visit. Further, on my second visit, the dentist on duty asked me why I wanted teeth whitening and asked if I wanted "Hollywood white" when I inquired about services for my upcoming wedding, making me feel silly about asking while also denying business for them. This place must really put on a front for their first time patients! That or the weekend staff is in their own little world.

During my previous visits, the assistant who took care of me was not very kind and made me feel self-conscious about my dental issues. It almost felt as if she was looking down on me, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, that all changed during my last appointment. Instead of my usual assistant, I was greeted by a different dental assistant, Mrs. Rose. From the moment she walked in, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable, even though I had come in feeling down about my dental problems. She took the time to explain everything to me and offered reassurance that truly made a difference in my experience. I am so grateful for her kindness and the positive impact she had on my visit. I hope that she is my assistant in the future as she left me feeling really good about myself. Thank you Mrs. Rose!!!

I just saw the bill, they billed an emergency exam (this is done if you go in with a tooth ache) and did a scaling and root planing, wich is a type of perio surgery/procedure. It should have been a new patient exam. Possible a debriment since it had been 5 years and see how the patient responds. I was in the dental managment industry for over 25 years, and this kind of crap is why I left. Not to mention there was no fee/copay disclosure before starting treatment. I will be putting in a formal complaint with Delta Dental. I did call and was told they did everything correct.
