I am so sad and disappointed. I have not taken one picture of myself since this office destroyed my self confidence, pulling good teeth out of my mouth when I was there for fillings. telling me it was necessary to fit a bridge in my mouth. my face is now misshaped and I look 5 years older than I did 3 months ago when they did it. when I called the office to confront them on everything I've learned since they pulled my teeth, I was hung up on for saying one cuss word! who wouldn't be upset? they took advantage of me and charged up as much on my insurance as they could before it reset for the new year. i am looking into filing suit against this office. please do not go here unless you only need a cleaning or check up. I used this Dentist for a few years as a fill in from my Dentist in Florida. After he retired I used this office as my primary dental office. For the first few procedures I was pretty happy with Amanda. As I spend 8 months in Florida and 4 months in Michigan. She did a few fillings for me and I was for the most part satisfied. I last two times I visited the office I was very unsatisfied - on the first unsatisfactory visit I had two teeth filled and had severe reaction to cold air after the procedure I called and was told to return which I did - I was kept waiting for almost 1.5 hours after I finally got into the chair I had to wait another 25 minutes - Amanda the dentist said the fillings are fine and blew cold air into the teeth that were filled and made me jump out of the seat from The pain - after a few minutes it finally subsided I was told to use different toothpaste and mouthwash. After a Few weeks the cold issue on the tooth finally went away. I decided to give them a second chance - I had a front tooth that had a bond come loose - Amanda filled this tooth and replaced the bond - during this procedure she took some X-rays and said I needed a root canal on a top tooth on the left side. I thought that was odd since it wasn't even mentioned the year earlier that I even needed a filling in that tooth. I called the office and told them I would just have the tooth extracted to save me money - the root canal was going to cost me out of pocket almost $2,000 after my insurance. When I called to tell them I would just have it pulled she said she couldn't do it and I would have to go to an oral surgeon which they gave me a recommendation. I decided to find my own oral surgeon - since the tooth was fully intact with no pain. The oral surgeon I went to - said she wouldn't recommend it being pulled and that she could fill it even tho the cavity was close to the root. My new Dentist saved me $1,500.00 out of pocket because of no root canal needed. Of course I will not be returning to this office. Hopefully this review will help someone looking to use this office. read more

I made an appointment and was so excited because the receptionist made it seem like everyone listened. I have had people not listen to me but this was a complete disaster. I am due for a new set of dentures (I have no teeth). I get there and they say your here for your cleaning. I said no I get new dentures. I sign in and sit down. I get called back and again I'm asked if I'm here for my cleaning right? No I have no teeth I am looking for a new set of dentures. Oh ok let's get an xray. Ok so we are on the correct path now. Nope! Xray tech asks about my cleaning. So at this point I'm angry because not one person has listened to me. I have one last saving grace the dentist. She comes in and dismisses me, and speeds through the appointment. I get to the check out and they start talking about another appointment. I stated I do not want another appointment because of and repeated the whole story. I then am told that the office manager will call me. Now at this point you would think I'm done. Not at all they went and got approval even though I told them I wasn't coming back. They asked why and I had to explain the situation again to have them ask if I want to talk to office manager. This has been an awful experience I do not recommend at all, first experience with them was great and amazing but these last few times haven't been pleasant the doctors is nothing but rude, careless, disrespectful today has honestly been the worst they have treated me so bad. The second experience was this guy who worked there he drilled my mouth way to far and made me bleed a lot and kept yelling to "bite hard" or "oh, I know you can bite better than that. Come on now" when my mouth hurt so bad for what he did then yelled at me again to bite hard when he had this thing to keep my mouth open how can I bite when you have that in my mouth? Now the third time they didn't even have to right cap on and forced it into my mouth knowing it doesn't fit and I even asked them when it comes to needs or anything to due with numbing me distract me they ignored me and did as they were pleased as I was terrified and scared and crying and did not feel safe and again more pain as it went on and now let's talk about today, I had to get my permanent cap on they knew I was in pain for what they were doing but proceeded to do it they put me through so much pain where I accidentally bit her finger I didn't intently mean to it just happened to be that way and she yelled at me saying I was crazy for going into a complete panic attack because what they were doing was traumatizing me I even told them my past experience with the dentist and how badly I've been treated and thinking I would get a better experience with this one. P.S I'm sorry if none of this make sense my head is all scrambled but honestly this is just what I've experienced. I wanted to like this dentist so bad since they had good reviews. Customer service was good but execution of a filling was not. I had a couple fillings done and it was not done well at all. I had sharp edges even well after the filling. I felt as though there was a gap in between the fillings and teeth due to the feel of them and the fact that food constantly gets stuck. I went back as a follow up to the appointment to try and fix the issue and it was awful. They tried to shape and add more filling to fix the issue but it not only didn't fix it but they did it without a local so it was very uncomfortable. It has been less than 2 years and the issue still persists and now the filling/tooth has chipped. I sought a new dentist and did new X-rays and the filling looks awful. The tooth was not filled all the way so hence the reason why it felt like a gap and why food gets stuck. read more

Came here after a recommendation from a friend for Invisalign. Dr. Mansour was really great to work with. Super knowledgeable and answered all my random questions. The whole process went very smoothly. The trays took about a few weeks to get back after the first appointment which was quick. The process to attach the little attachments used by Invisalign was also painless. Her staff and assistants are super professional but also make you feel comfortable which is big for me since I usually get super anxious at the dentist. Since getting the aligners, whenever I've had questions or concerns, Dr. Mansour and her staff have been quick to get back to me. Even the billing/financial lady is awesome. She made the whole process of setting up payments relatively simple and did a good job of making me laugh. They have lots of options so I wouldn't be put off by any preconceived notions on pricing. All of that was explained thoroughly at my consult visit. Can't say enough good things about the whole process. PS If you have a smartphone the trayminder app is great at reminding you when to put the aligners back in and change them. Lots of useful features. And design an Invisalign maintenance go bag! I LOVE THIS DENTIST!!! Just like a good Doctor a good dentist is really hard to find. I liked this one in particular because the nursing staff and doctor kept me at ease. Its been awhile since I've been to a dentist, let alone a good one. Doctors Yousif and Mansour were not only very patient, but also nonjudgmental and gentle about my uneasiness about coming back to the dentist after not being at one in years. That was not my experience at the last dentist I visited granted it was a dental school, it was still a learning experience for the students and they should have been friendlier. As a teacher, with the kind of hours we have, it's always difficult to find time to get to the dentist, and because of that, I had put a lot of dental work on hold until I found Warren Laser Dentistry. Their staff was super-friendly, welcoming and accommodating with my schedule. They did an outstanding job of x-rays, cleaning, and whitening. I liked how gentle and thorough their dentists and assistants were with me. Because of that, I chose to go back to them to get several fillings taken care of.
