Set an appointment for this morning at 10:00. Get there, gal behind the desk the same gal who made the appointment. She has no record of me and no appointment set! While the dentist stood there just looking around she actually asked me if perhaps I had an appointment "with the eye place across the street." Right. Because I'd be sure to call an eye doctor to set an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. No idea what happened to all the information I gave over, but I do know I wasted FAR too much of my time.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Wolf. His staff got me in right away, and the extraction took very minimal time. He really explained everything in detail as to what he was doing. I like that he tells you what to expect in your recovery. He had to do quite a bit of drilling, because my crown was older, and the bone had grown around it. I recently went to him again, to have another extraction. I hadn't seen him in a year. He recognized me and gave me a big hug. I would reccomend him to anyone. His staff are very kind and nice as well. They really do care about how you feel. The billing staff was phenomenal. They knew exactly what my insurance would and would not cover. I was never hit with hidden fees. I highly recommend him and his staff.

When I checked out the receptionist was not wearing a mask 10 inches from my face. I backed up and asked her to put it on which she did grudgingly and unpleasantly. Then she super nasty when I asked who I could report her too--said she ran the office which makes her bad example and undoubted failure to enforce on staff even worse. And finally admitted name of dentist owner but would give no contact information beyond saying to call in a month when she was in the office again. I walked in at 9am for tooth pain, which ended up as an extraction, and did not get out until 2pm. No exaggeration. Certain doctors come in on certain days, and they try to keep your chart with the same doctors. Even though you planned a weekday appointment weeks in advance. Different clinical assistants handle everything in their own methods, causing missed communication. I waited 35 minutes pass my scheduled appointment, just for the front desk lady to tell me they lost my chart. She continues to sit there and make her phone calls. 15 minutes later, I'm obviously upset at this point. I go up to her to ask her what is she doing to help look for my chart. She then proceeds to tell me, would you like to reschedule? I just laughed at her, and said "I picked today for a reason". Then she pretends to frantically get up and look for my chart. My chart was there all along, she just never put in the effort to look for it. All I needed was partial impressions, but the doctor seemed frazzled because she had to take on my case of "simply getting impressions". Said she didn't know me, I need to see the doctor who did my extraction. But then continued on. The assistants in the back were very nice, thus the 2 stars.
