I have never had such a positive experience in my lifetime of dental visits. The support staff is…read moreso friendly and caring. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the office. I felt comfortable right away especially since the last thing I wanted to do was to have a tooth extracted. My DDS James Muller was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the procedure thoroughly, that helped to start easing my concern for what was about to happen. The thing that I looked least forward to was the shot to numb my tooth and jaw. I don't know what he did but I experienced the most pain free shot I had ever experienced! Then he worked on the tooth itself, the next thing he said was we are done! I was rather astonished, I was imagining all of the pain and discomfort I was going experience with this procedure before I arrived! Yes there is a small amount of discomfort but nothing like I thought there would be! Thank you with providing me with such an awesome experience. I would highly recommend the services provided by Dr Muller and his staff at the Hunington Group! PS I chose them rather randomly, trusting my instincts, best decision I ever made!

First, it took over six months to receive the first bill from them, even though all proper insurance coverage info was provided. Further, well after the bill was paid, I am talking four months later, I received a collections letter from a law office for the exact balance I already paid. Clearly the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. So if you use them be aggressive and proactive with their billing office

In February 2019, I was dealing with excruciating pain in my top left wisdom tooth. Because Royal…read moreOak Family Dentistry (ROFD) was closed, I went to another dentist who told me the tooth was cracked and infected, and I should see my regular dentist to have it repaired. I made an appointment with ROFD, explained the situation, and was told the tooth wasn't cracked, but I needed other treatment that would cost well over $1,000. I was given nothing to treat the infection and nothing for the pain. Luckily, my family doctor prescribed a Z-pack that took care of the infection. ROFD told me my insurance would cover most of the cost, so I had the treatment done. At the end of the treatment, the dentist told the hygienist that my top left wisdom tooth was cracked and should be removed. I pointed out that I had told her that at the beginning of the process and she had told me I was incorrect. Her extremely rude response was that she couldn't have seen the crack because of the plaque on my teeth, even though a dentist who had never seen me before had found it with a simple set of x-rays. So I went in with a minor problem and was told I needed expensive treatment. I was also told my insurance would cover it. After undergoing the treatment - which did nothing about my cracked tooth - I was told they had been mistaken about the insurance and I owed more than $1,200. They refused to make any adjustments to the bill, demanding payment in full, and have since sent the matter to a debt collector. In the meantime, I had to go undergo oral surgery when the cracked tooth split in half. tl;dr: I went into ROFD with a problem that had already been correctly diagnosed, and instead of treating it, the dentist ignored it and told me I needed an expensive treatment that did nothing to fix my problem. In the end, the dentist acknowledged the original diagnosis had been correct but did not offer an apology or adjust the cost. They also told me my insurance would cover a procedure I couldn't afford, which turned out to be incorrect.
