From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Set an appointment for this morning at 10:00. Get there, gal behind the desk the same gal who made the appointment. She has no record of me and no appointment set! While the dentist stood there just looking around she actually asked me if perhaps I had an appointment "with the eye place across the street." Right. Because I'd be sure to call an eye doctor to set an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. No idea what happened to all the information I gave over, but I do know I wasted FAR too much of my time.

It was clear that I was in competent and caring hands to get my dental health on the right track. So far, I've had a dental cleaning and some gum treatment along with the new X-Rays and 3D scans of my teeth. My dental hygienist Tayjay has done a great job and Dr. Gustafson was very friendly and helped map out the next steps in my treatment plan which will include teeth whitening and new composite fillings.
