Terrible service and dangerous breaches of Covid Safety. Extremely long wait including making me leave car and sit in chair a 20-30 minutes before treatment. When I checked out the receptionist was not wearing a mask 10 inches from my face. I backed up and asked her to put it on which she did grudgingly and unpleasantly. Then she super nasty when I asked who I could report her too--said she ran the office which makes her bad example and undoubted failure to enforce on staff even worse. And finally admitted name of dentist owner but would give no contact information beyond saying to call in a month when she was in the office again. Obviously lost a patient for life which is a bummer because one of the staff dentists was really nice and skilled. And got a health department report! read more

I have never seem a worse, poorly run, non informative dental office. Sorry they sent us to their oral surgeon for wisdom tooth extraction but the place only uses needles and this was not known till I finally called the afternoon before to inquire about prep. 1 is giving more than I want read more

This was my second appointment and I've been handled with professionalism and friendliness. The dentist is young and vibrant. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. I've had my dental work without meds and haven't experienced any pain. I like it here and will return. read more

The Orthodontist and Dental Hygienist are great! It's the Front Desk Receptionist that are horrible! The Hazel Park location is my main location because that is where I initially got my braces done at along with getting my teeth clean. From time to time I've had to go to the Oak Park location and I have had bad customer service with their front desk clerk. So I stopped going to the Oak Park location and continue my services at the Hazel Park location. My biggest issue with this location is that no one likes to track my payments in their system and every time I arrive it seems like I haven't paid anything because their staff is not properly trained to put payments within the system. Every time I have an issue there is NEVER a manager around or available. Not to mention I am still waiting on a call back for when my next dentist appointment is to see the orthodontist. I do not understand why I have to call to schedule an appointment almost every month regarding my braces when that is something that they should tell me the same day after my visitation with the orthodontist. My experience with this company's customer service has not been so great! They need to hire more experience and trained people to handle the front desk especially when it comes to payments. I should not have to repeatedly state when the last time I paid and how much when they should be tracking in their system. If I have to create a spreadsheet myself of how much I pay each month I'm going to the Better Business Bureau regarding the staff of this company. It's sad to say that the Receptionists for both Hazel Park and Oak Park is what makes this company look bad. read more

Terrible!! All around terrible. I'm 32 and have amazing teeth. I went to this dentistry for 2 years and every time I not only waited for 2-3 hours to be seen but they messed up my tooth!!! My perfect tooth! It was completely fine until they picked at it during my cleaning and must have slipped something up there (they're hard on your mouth & I always bled after going to see them and I absolutely never had that happen before & it never happens at my new dentist & I have strong teeth & gums because I've been a freak of taken care of my mouth since I was 7 years old). I went back a week later and they told Me I needed my tooth pulled, a crown & implant. Told me I need to pay them $3000!!! For something that they did!! They admitted It too but of course recanted once they saw how upset I was smh ! Terrible! I asked for antibiotics & something for the pain and went to another dentist. Told them the entire story and they checked it all out. Sure enough there was a little hole they poked by my tooth & a piece of chip got stuck in there. This story is a lot longer but the point is THEY CAUSED ME TO LOSE A TOOTH! A PERFECT TOOTH! I obviously have never went back there. My heart drops every time I drive by this place or brush my teeth. They terrified me & still do. My husbands family went there and now none of us do because each of us have had bad things happen for their benefit and financial gain. How they sleep at night... I'll never understand. Go to MCDC (my community dental center) in Warren on vandyke. You will not be disappointed. They've taken amazing care of me & are charging me less to get a new tooth. Caring Dentistry should have taken care of that themselves! Still Should but I wouldn't dream or walking in there again!!! Be so careful if you go here & always get a second opinion! They tried telling me I had things wrong with me that I absolutely did not & same with others I've talked to. If you want to keep your teeth and looking great... Go somewhere else... if you want your teeth pulled & things done for no reason & be told things are wrong when they're not & to spend unnecessary time & money then by all Means this is the place to go smh smh smh smh smh smh smh HORRIBLE! read more

Excellent! Myself and another family member are currently getting dental work done there. Staff is friendly and are giving us a good experience. No long wait times in waiting room and they have your best interests at heart by not doing unnecessary dental work! Kid friendly for sure. read more

This has to be the most Unorganized dentist I have ever seen. I have been trying for months to get my daughter in there.. and they Constantly change appointment times and days without you even knowing. They just send you a text and that's when you know they changed the appointment. I work a full time job and a single mom and I make the appointment for certain days cause I work the rest. But if you miss your appointment they want to charge you or your not aloud back. So I then call again because I found out through text they moved my daughters appointment again and yes was mad and the guy just hangs up on me and it's the owners husband. How professional???? Last time I had to reschedule cause they moved the appointment they couldn't cause the dentist was in the bathroom‍‍ and when I explained the whole text the lady said oh she is trying. 3 months I been trying to get my daughter into this place and it's just been one mess after another! If they are not professional with making an appointment how professional are they gonna be with working on my daughters teeth. There is no communication at all!!! The worst ever and I keep calling them concerning work that they did for my father who has dementia. The work is incomplete and they keep making promises to call back and resolve things and they NEVER do. And when I call I am placed on forever hold and keep getting different names for the manager who never seems to be there. I should say often when I call, it goes to voice mail and I get a text message that I respond to then nothing. And "Tom" (also made up, I am sure) always seems to answer the phone but is never helpful and very rude and impolite. Rarely do I write a review but this is warranted and verifiable. My father has enough concerns for this to be one. For three months he has had to try and eat with no bottom teeth. None. They pulled them all, sometimes 3-5 at a time, and then went silent. I am taking the appropriate action but wanted to warn you all not to take your elderly family members here, or any other family member, for that matter.This is a travesty. As I type this I am waiting on hold again. It's been 15 minutes so far. They keep me on hold in hopes that I hang up and normally I do because I don't have the time to sit and wait all day. I keep records of all calls and conversations. I can't even believe that they can do business this way. I have been nothing but professional with them. You have been warned, don't go here! read more
