First this is a review of Scott Hadas. I went to Lifetime Dental for years. I like the staff. They…read moreare very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Wernette was ask excellent dentist, one go the best. But he died, and when I went for my next appointment, I had his partner Scott Hodas. Hodas talked me into having my dentures relined, even though they fit well. He said they had to be relined every so many years and I was overdue. So I agreed to let him reline my dentures. BIG MISTAKE. Since the reline, I have to use denture adhesive twice a day, and my upper plate is not snug. I often find it difficult to talk. When I went for my six month cleaning, I wanted to talk to Dr. Hodas about this. He looked at the denture adhesive I brought along and said that's what the adhesive is for.

I have been going to Dr. Wernette for maybe 9-10 years now, and I've been really happy with the…read moreoffice overall. The office staff are professional, friendly and basically don't take crap with missed appointments or anything (they'll chuckle if they read this, they had to get hardcore on appointments with me about 5 years ago when I had a handful of last-minute cancels due to some repeated illnesses). Their cleanings are gentle, they've done same-day fillings and an extraction if needed for me and otherwise are just great. Anyway, went in today for my first cleaning since COVID-19 breakout. I have to say I was VERY impressed with their process and precautions. You wait in your car when you arrive for your appointment, call them to let them know you're there. They call you to come in, mask required, they do a temperature check and ask you to use their fancy hand sanitizer before you proceed to the exam room. They have a plexiglass divider hanging at the checkout station, and all employees wore masks and the hygienist & doc wore face shields as well. They did a great job keeping you away from other patients and it was very efficient considering. Highly recommend if you're nervous about a COVID-19 cleaning or other dental work.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area and I'm glad that I found Gustafson Morningstar…read more My consultation with Dr. Morningstar sold me on the place - she was patient, thorough, and went the extra mile. It was clear that I was in competent and caring hands to get my dental health on the right track. So far, I've had a dental cleaning and some gum treatment along with the new X-Rays and 3D scans of my teeth. My dental hygienist Tayjay has done a great job and Dr. Gustafson was very friendly and helped map out the next steps in my treatment plan which will include teeth whitening and new composite fillings. I had called around other dentists in the area and one well renown place wanted me to pay upfront for new X-Rays before they could even meet with me which was VERY off-putting and GM couldn't have been more different - they were welcoming, took a look under the hood before suggesting treatment plans, were transparent with pricing, and walked me through different payment options. TL;DR: Gustafson Morningstar has been great and I would definitely recommend them to others!

I had had a few appointments previously with her husband, Dr. Gustafson, he seemed nice enough but not as warm or as friendly as Dr. Morningstar was to me. I would recommend seeing Dr. Morningstar if you do end up visiting their office. She has a pleasant demeanor. They have a very narrow driveway alongside the dark purple building. Parking is in the back. The front staff are always nice and friendly.

The front office staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They had been when I scheduled my appointment on the phone too. They got me in quickly. The dental hygienist, Maureen, was so sweet from the beginning! We talked a lot and she cleaned my teeth so well. She made sure that she didn't miss anything. They had really advanced technology and Maureen was even able to double check/show me my teeth when she was done with the cleaning to make sure she didn't miss anything. It was a camera like device. It was really cool! I hadn't seen it before. She did an amazing job and touched up a few areas that were missed. Dr. Thomas was also very friendly. He did a great exam and discussed my concerns with me. I did not feel rushed at all throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Saad to all of my friends and family! Wonderful experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. On my original visit as a new patient (my previous dentist…read moreretired), I had a wonderful experience and was highly encouraged to pursue Invisalign. At the time I didn't feel they were "pushing me" into as I came in interested in pursuing Invisalign but looking back now they only had their interests in mind and not my best interest. I paid upfront for the trays, was told I would get a call soon to have the buttons placed and trays started. Three weeks later I had still not received a call, so I reached out to the office and was told there had been some delays. During that time, I had also reached out to my oral surgeon's office and it's at that time I realized that Dr. Saad office had never reached out to my surgeon's office like they had told me they had to clear the Invisalign. I was told Invisalign might not be the best idea for me by the surgeon's office for certain reasons and when I reached back out to Saad and spoke with Dr. Rice she became increasingly more agitated and aggressive throughout our phone call. Was frustrated with me for having real questions and then started practically attempting to bully me into moving forwards with the Invisalign. I had never been spoken to in this manner from a Doctor/ Dentist ever in my life and this occurred over three phone calls, including one joint call with my oral surgeon's office. Due to Dr. Rice behavior I choose to cancel the Invisalign which of course the office gave me a hard time about, they stated they would refund the money I personally paid but would be keeping me insurance money (which is fraud) so I had to jump through hoops to call my insurance company and get my deductible refunded. When I called the office back to try to speak to the owner of Saad Dentistry to talk about my experience, I was not given a phone number or told I could speak to someone, instead I was given an email address and hung up on. Moral of the story, save yourself the headache and go to a different dentist.

Came here after a recommendation from a friend for Invisalign…read more Dr. Mansour was really great to work with. Super knowledgeable and answered all my random questions. The whole process went very smoothly. The trays took about a few weeks to get back after the first appointment which was quick. The process to attach the little attachments used by Invisalign was also painless. Her staff and assistants are super professional but also make you feel comfortable which is big for me since I usually get super anxious at the dentist. Since getting the aligners, whenever I've had questions or concerns, Dr. Mansour and her staff have been quick to get back to me. Even the billing/financial lady is awesome. She made the whole process of setting up payments relatively simple and did a good job of making me laugh. They have lots of options so I wouldn't be put off by any preconceived notions on pricing. All of that was explained thoroughly at my consult visit. Can't say enough good things about the whole process. PS If you have a smartphone the trayminder app is great at reminding you when to put the aligners back in and change them. Lots of useful features. And design an Invisalign maintenance go bag! That part was fun to do and makes being prepared to care for my teeth and the aligners an easier task. So excited to see my new smile as time goes by. Good luck, Pat
