The receptionist that booked my appointment was very nice, she got me in the same day due to me being in a bit of pain. She was thorough,, gave great directions and a tip for parking. The waiting room was quaint yet clean. The check in process was quick and I did not wait long to be seen. The dental technicians that took X-rays and assisted he doctor were all amazingly friendly. This is where the review takes a turn. As the X-rays are being done I'm told the doctor is going to come numb you. No explanation of why is given or an analysis of what was seen in my X-rays. The doctor comes in sticks needles in my mouth with no introduction and I'm taken aback. He can see the outright shock on my face as I'm moving away and tells the tech "tell her"... so dental tech says open very wide he is going to numb you so we can finish the rest of your X-rays and extract the tooth giving you issues. He numbs then he leaves. Bedside manner non existent. After X-rays he comes back looks in my mouth and says "root tips must come out" no explanation of what THAT means either. During this extraction process they are running between rooms looking for basic supplies. None of the rooms are stocked for these procedures it seems. They discover they do not have a sponge that was needed so he gave me extra gauze. Two root tips and two teeth extracted and I'm told to come back in a week. I'm sent home with ZERO care instructions and prescriptions I come back (dumb I know) in a week and this experience is worse than the first. I wait in an exam chair for TWO HOURS without being seen. All I'm told is "he's coming" . At this point o leave never to return again!! This place received two start solely for the friendly staff. This doctor never even told me his name so pic of my prescription bottle is included since this is the only name I have.. shameful !!

I received a referral to an orthodontist regarding getting my wisdom teeth pulled from dr DarDar. the orthodontist I was referred to doesn't offer that service so they wouldn't take my appointment. when I reached back to my dentist the receptionist refused to listen and kept saying I can walk in m-t or make a Friday appointment (which I'm not available) . i kept insisting i needed my wisdom tooth extracted and she not listen to say "hey we don't do extractions here" or to even have a conversation regarding the referral she kept insisting I could walk in (not listening). I took days off work I had been in excruciating pain and when I came in for a walk in she then tells me that I have to go to the same orthodontist who already told me they don't do extractions. she was extremely rude as if she's the one in pain but it's a bit winter so she's probably mad that dry skin is cracking. she needs a new occupation customer service is not her strong point. if I could give this office a -10 just base of them allowing her to be the face of their office I would. extremely unprofessional front office

He is super attentive and you would be hard pressed to find a dentist who cares more. Dr. Duchan is a perfectionist and he dedicates his time to each of his patients. I have never felt rushed and he understands that dental care is of the utmost importance. Case and point, I had a dental emergency on Labor Day of 2018. He did not bat an eye. He saw me on Labor Day. That is care and service. I highly recommend Dr. Duchan to anyone.

He explained everything to me and helped me to feel more comfortable. He discovered an issue that I had with metabolizing the Novocain very quickly, which is the reason that most of my dental encounters have been so painful. I went in needing a lot of dental work, one procedure being a root canal, after the procedure my caps came off in 2 days!! After coming back in getting them replaced I had excruciating pain in my to the point I could not even bite a pancake, went back to the dentist office and he left a inside. I had to get a second root canal on the same tooth. After I got that root canal with the third cap I woke up the next brushed my teeth the off. I then went to a whole another dentist office, which I was informed that my tooth was shaved down so far that it was nothing for the cap to hold onto I have to get the tooth extracted. I am now currently being billed for the service and my insurance has been capped out. This is a very unacceptable. I have called several times to try to speak to the dentist to see what help can do to resolve thisa d no return phone call. I have now filed a grievance with my insurance company, and I am out of money.

Dr. Golani is an actual angel. I cracked a tooth yesterday and pain took over my entire face…read more Everything hurt. My boyfriend called around to multiple dentists trying to get an emergency appointment for me, with no luck. He then called Dr. Golani's office and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. She spoke with the doctor who was about to perform a root canal, and explained the situation. Dr. Golani spoke with her patient in the chair, and he opted to reschedule his appointment, as he wasn't experiencing pain. We got there in minutes, she took me right away and numbed me before anything, just to take away my pain. The entire process was explained to me, she was so kind, so gentle, and actually CARED; as a lot of doctors tend to be robotic. The whole painful experience turned into a positive experience and I'm so grateful for her willingness to help me. I hope she never retires because I want to go to her forever.
