Call there to get help.. nothing.. waiting 2 days hear back today to tell me they can give me something else that I can't take but no other options. Guess just manage your pain till you see Endo! I couldnt wait any longer due to prior family engagements.. and when I let them know I was leaving I get treated like I'm somehow being unfair. Not having an oral surgeon that wasn't retired I was forced to start looking. I came across Dr Leone and was impressed by his reviews. He was also close by, another plus. Expecting to be turned away because of time constraints, I called for an appointment. They were able to get me in for an exam and subsequent surgery before my cardiac surgery. Having had some truly horrifying experiences at dentists I was not anxious to have this work done. Dr Leone changed all that. The doctors support staff have a friendly way of making you feel relaxed. The Doctor himself has a very easy going manner, but you can tell by his description of the work necessary that he knows exactly what needs to be done and exactly how he will do it. The day of surgery he and his staff were relaxed and clearly had everything under control. Simple comments like "that went well" and "down to the last two" made me even more comfortable. I can't really overstate my appreciation for this doctors skill and talent. If you are even a little less than confident about your current oral surgeon, I urge you to give Dr Leone a try. You won't regret it!

When I woke up I thought I was still waiting to have my tooth out. The nurse/Hygienist/assistant was SO sweet to me and I felt so cared for Im pretty sure her name was Mary. I felt like my anxiety about the dentist was taken seriously and I had a very good experience.

Her office has state-of-the-art equipment that allows her to do advanced treatments. She offers a very broad range of treatments/services ranging from the most basic to quite sophisticated. Showing Robyn's peer stature in dentistry, she is a past president of the Detroit District Dental Society. From a patient perspective, Robyn also is very good at explaining what needs to be done, why, how it will be accomplished, and the cost. She also presents alternatives when appropriate. Robyn values a knowledgeable staff, and explains what she's doing during treatment. There is a recognition that dental issues don't always arrive at convenient times. I was just at the gentle dentist the other day for cleaning and X-rays. I have been going there…read moremany years and they have gone through some challenging times like covid and changes in the workforce. My Visit pleasant enough I was greeted promptly they made sure I had everything I needed to be ready for Visit. My Hygienist went through updates and changes since my last. The procedure comfortable and very complete. It was stopped my times to make sure I comfortable and if I needed a break. The dentist came in I we discussed some concerns they were keeping an eye on and gently reminding me to get my butt back in there and get it taken care of. LOL Opps my bad . When we were done The Tech walked me up to check out and set my next visit. Everyone wished a door. And of course I'll come back soon to get some minor problems fixed .
