I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately, but the dentist advised me to wait a few days to get used to them. When I returned to state that I was still unhappy, both the dentist and his assistant dismissed my concerns, claiming it was "all in my head." The issues are physical, not cosmetic: Functional Problems: The restorations are so oversized that I can no longer close my lips or mouth naturally. Tissue Damage: The altered fit has caused recurring friction and blisters on my lips . Dismissive Behavior: When I continued to ask for adjustments, the dentist removed his gloves and stated he would not help file them down if I kept complaining. When I called back regarding the ongoing blisters, I was told nothing further could be done because removing them risked breaking the underlying teeth and requiring implants. I paid substantial out-of-pocket costs on top of my insurance coverage for this procedure. After 18 months, I am left with compromised aesthetics, ongoing daily discomfort, and significant anxiety over the quality of work provided. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

When I became visibly distressed, she openly mocked me to another girl at the office, stating, "Watch what I'm gonna say to her and make her crawl right out of her skin." Instead of intervening or showing basic human decency, the doctor ganged up on me, backed his clerk, and berated me. This office uses intentional emotional cruelty, workplace bullying, and predatory financial exploitation against vulnerable patients. They are unsafe, unprofessional, and abusive. I had a procedure done, they verified my cost after insurance. I paid in full the day of, completed the procedure and was dont call us we will call you in 3 months to come back in for a checkup. Odd, but ok...... 3 Months go by, then 4, so I call them. Transfered to schedulder left a voicemail, no response. A week later rinse and repeat and guess what, same thing, NO RESPONSE. Another month goes by and my dentist is calling me to come in and complete my procedure and I tell them I would love to by Alamat wont return my calls and the scheduler has to set up my final Alamat appt to get the go ahead for the dentist. The dentist calls them and oh lawd they finally call me. Not the scheduler of course. The poor girl at the reception desk that probably just got laid into by my dentist's office. Flash forward another 2 months. I get an email from them stating that I owe them $300 more dollars and somehow I paid them money a week before the follow up appt that i hadnt even been able to schedule. Go to billing history, see that there is nothing in there system showing how I owe them any money. Call them, they cant explain, and say they will have their biller call me. Yea ok, just like their scheduler called me. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go here. They scam you and force all information to the phone where you cannot get any documented evidence of what was said.
