Rochester Advanced Dentistry has made every step of my dental makeover an amazing experience. I was dealing with very sensitive teeth, 25 year old failing crowns, gum recession, a terribly misaligned bottom tooth and daily pain. My initial consultation wasn't like anything I had experienced before. Dr. Doolin reviewed my x-rays, gave me solid advice on what I needed to do to achieve my goal and he truly listened to all of my concerns. His assistant Rita took meticulous notes of everything we discussed. I must have contacted her a dozen times asking various questions on billing, insurance, procedures and other little concerns I had. She cheerfully answered all my questions and she always made me feel like my concerns, no matter how small, were a top priority. Rita did a fantastic job putting my dental plan together. Dr. Doolin made that plan a reality. He is truly a master of dentistry. I decided to get my old crowns replaced, a necessary bone graft and gum treatments. Since I absolutely did not want to wear braces, Dr. Doolin brilliantly suggested a simple dental bridge. This was a pure stroke of genius and solved my problem. The temporary crowns he made fit very comfortable and looked great. The shape, fit and natural color of my permanent crowns turned out perfect. Along the way, Dr. Doolin took several digital pictures and impressions to send to the lab. He was always communicating with the lab to ensure everything was prepared the way he designed. Some of the many things I like about Dr. Doolin are his calm mannerisms, compassion, honesty and his artistic ability. He has excellent fine motor skills, great coordination and a very steady hand. Dr. Doolin is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. Besides being an outstanding dentist, he also has a great personality. Dr. Doolin's dental assistant Danielle took extra time to make sure I was comfortable at all times. She set me up with an IPod, headphones and even gave me a warm blanket. She was very personable and worked seamlessly assisting Dr. Doolin. It's refreshing to see everyone get along so well together. Danielle and I had such great conversations and she really put my mind at ease. Even after my visits were over we chatted about life and fun stuff. It's those little things that really made the difference. She really went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant. I know it's hard to read online reviews to filter through which dentist is the right one for you. I came into the office quite nervous after having so many bad dental experiences. Dr. Doolin and his entire team made my fear completely go away. I've wasted too much time and money on bad dentists so I really did my research this time. The Best Dental Office I have ever been to!! I have been going to Dr. Doolin for over 10 years. During this time I did move a few times to other states but when I tried other dental offices they never compared to Rochester Advanced Dentistry. Therefore, I began scheduling my dental appointments around when I knew I would be visiting Rochester Hills. I have never had a bad experience at Rochester Advanced Dentistry, and find that everyone who works there is nothing but kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They are willing to take the time to determine what services are covered through your dental insurance and are helpful in scheduling appointments that meet your needs. I also love the hygienists; they are very thorough and help show/determine what you need to do in order to improve your at-home teeth cleaning care. Finally, I absolutely love Dr. Doolin and his Dental Assistant Danielle. They are a great team and I always feel comfortable when I'm sitting in the chair as I know I am in good hands. Dr. Doolin performed an implant procedure for my 10+ years okay and when I did see other dentists and hygienists they always commented on how impressed they are. This should have been done a long time ago, and I apologize to Dr. Doolin and staff. After a very long and unanswered quest to find answers to my daughter's severe jaw pain (TMD we were told) and crowded mouth issues, we located Dr. Doolin. In one hour he had the ability to answer and give us more hope than the years a dental school was unable to reconcile. He gave us recommendations, administered TENS, and first directed us to orthodontic care via a local orthodontist, Dr. Reynolds. The dental school suggested that Calah would have a few of her front teeth removed and also her part of her jaw (I shudder to tell you the rest of the story). Dr. Doolin said it was absolutely unnecessary and front teeth weren't to be removed. Before beginning the orthodontic treatments, Dr. Reynolds recommended removing her wisdom teeth, which we felt that going to Dr. Doolin was the best choice--we weren't wrong. After 2 1/2 years of adjustments with braces, we didn't have to go back to Dr. Doolin for any further jaw alignment issues. We can say that we received the most excellent service from Rochester Advanced Dentistry. Everyone was always extremely helpful and polite. As always, the hygenists are thorough and thoughtful and makes every effort to make me comfortable. The dentists are very friendly, and explain the necessary work that may need to be done. They understand that patients often need to manage their dental plans and are willing to work with you to create the best plan of action. They invest in the latest technology and are able to do most everything in-house and in one appointment. (Crowns are a 1 appointment deal!) The front desk experience is easy, quick, friendly and thorough. They're so accommodating, providing the necessary paperwork for FSA's and offer suggestions and help as needed. Dr. Haddad has been my dentist for almost the past ten years. His demeanor and professionalism has always been of top quality. I'm impressed at the new techniques that Dr. Haddad and his team bring to dentistry. Furthermore, I hear from his team about classes and seminars they attend to continuously increase their professional knowledge. I have experienced a range of procedures including routine checkups, replacement of my amalgam fillings with ceramic material, repair of broken teeth and a custom mouth guard. All were completed to my satisfaction. Also of note, is RAD's Dental Hygenist extraordinaire, Val. She is thorough with her questions, exams and teeth cleaning. I went to Dr Haddad because I have a dislocated jaw and the. I had continuous headaches and wore a night guard made by my previous dentist that did not help my situation. The staff has made me feel very comfortable. They have been very empathetic and compassionate to my situation and have helped me get through my anxiety going through the treatment they set up for me. I have wore the piece they made for my mouth to help my jaw for 2 weeks and all my headaches are gone. I'm excited to see how my jaw will continually heal through the help of this office. I can't give a high enough rating for this dentist office! I started out here with regular cleanings and eventually had cosmetic work done, something I've wanted for a very long time. Dr Haddad and his staff will comfort you in every step of the way, whatever your dental needs are. I recently had 4 porcelain veneers placed on my upper front 4, and I couldn't be happier. As someone who has wanted a cosmetic dental procedure done for years, I did very thorough research to make sure I was going to someone that is highly skilled. After finding Rochester Advanced Dentistry online (it wasn't far from where I live) and having my first cleaning with Katie today, I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and care overall. When I damaged a tooth over ny vacation, I called Dr Doolin and Haddad's office the day I returned. They were able to "fit me in" the very next day to repair the tooth. Dr. Doolin did an amazing job. 2 hours later, I walked out of the office with a brand new crown, custom designed and created in their in-office kiln.
