The entire staff was very friendly and helpful...because of my last-minute appt staff members told me there might be a wait, which I understood. By the time I was seen and had my tooth completely taken care of less than two hours had elapsed since I'd first arrived (and yet they *still* apologized for making me wait!) :) As for the actual procedure, I had a filling replaced on a broken tooth and was properly anesthetized so that I felt no pain whatsoever from the drill.
