Good at their jobs and take interest in how I'm doing. From the dentists to the dental hygienists to Brian at the front desk, the staff is very friendly and nice. I feel confident my teeth are in good hands!

After becoming an adult many moons ago, I chose to remain their patient all through these years and all through their moves from one location to another. My mom is almost 80 years old now and she still comes here so I'm sure she's one of their longest standing patients. My kids have also been patients here as well so with 3 generations of family members, that should speak volumes about the practice, the dentists, the specialists, the hygienists, the x-ray techs and of course, the office staff. I've recommended them to others as well and one other family member of mine has made this dental office their practice of choice. Throughout all of these years, I've had the pleasure of meeting many of the staff members, some of which are still working here and some have sadly passed on and are missed. In over 50 solid years of being their dedicated patient, there has maybe been one small instance of a problem but nothing to even make a fuss about and it was cleared up in no time at all. In my book, this also speaks volumes for their business. They are conscientious and care about all of their patients. If there's a problem, they'll fix it. Even if there are no problems, and you only have questions that you need answers to, they are here to help you with all of your dental needs and concerns and they'll do what it takes to please their patients. No matter who you interact with, everyone here is always polite, friendly and professional. At times, there's a bit of a wait as far as scheduling with the dentist but they'll do what they can to get you in when you want or need to get in. Again, that's a good sign of a popular dental practice. They have a very nice, comfortable and warmly decorated waiting room with a TV, plenty of reading materials such as magazines and they always have the local newspaper too so you can catch up on the latest news. Oh, and I must give mention to the large, beautiful, fish tank that both kids and adults love looking at. The restroom is conveniently located just down the hall from the waiting room and they have a little seating area for the kids to read or color. They definitely have it all covered! I can't think of a thing that I would change so again, that's another example of a good, solid practice. So to sum this review up, if you're looking for a nice dental practice with friendly, professional staff, look no further... this is the one you're looking for and it fits everyone's needs with the many professionals that practice under this roof. What could be better than that?

During my previous visits, the assistant who took care of me was not very kind and made me feel self-conscious about my dental issues. It almost felt as if she was looking down on me, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, that all changed during my last appointment. Instead of my usual assistant, I was greeted by a different dental assistant, Mrs. Rose. From the moment she walked in, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable, even though I had come in feeling down about my dental problems. She took the time to explain everything to me and offered reassurance that truly made a difference in my experience. I am so grateful for her kindness and the positive impact she had on my visit. My first visits were with Dr. Somona, who's currently back in school and only working Saturdays. He's deaf, and went to high school close to where I grew up. Appointments can be difficult to book sometimes as I guess they're super busy. Some of the hygienists work faster than others. I literally had to tell one to please hurry up because she was moving so slow. The desk staff is nice, but took a while to learn my name. They NEVER take you early, and usually run at least 5 minutes (I've sat there up to 15 at times) behind schedule. It's not a common occurrence, but it happens enough that I had to mention it. Office is clean and in good working order, overall a great experience. Typical dentist office hours, so plan to leave work a little early to make your appointment on time. Overall a decent experience.

I've always struggled with severe anxiety at the dentist and have bounced from office to office in search of the 'unicorn' dentist -- and I finally found him: Dr. Young. There's something about his calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. Even more impressive, the procedures are completely painless -- I didn't even feel the Novocaine injection. I recently had a root canal done, and it was genuinely pain-free. Dr. Young walks you through every step, takes the time to educate you, and whenever possible, offers multiple treatment options. I need to fill a missing tooth and always said I would never get an implant because the process seemed so painful and intense -- but now, I'm actually considering it, simply because I trust Dr. Young that much. I couldn't recommend him more.

The dentists will come in for emergencies on weekends, which is very helpful. However, at the end of a cleaning, they always bring in a "manager" for the hard sell. They tell you things that need to be done on your teeth (pointing out the critical issues), provide you a very large quote, offer you "free" financing and tell you they are available to do it right now if you wish. They have been offering to fix a "critical" issue on my one molar for the last 5 years. Be careful, not everything they say is critical really is, and always price compare! Their prices for the major items have been more expensive than with other dentists - pretty much every time we've had major work done. Plus, once you are in their system, they will begin an aggressive call campaign every six months to schedule your cleanings. They'll keep calling until they speak with a human, and they'll place a separate call for every member of your family. If you don't like unsolicited sales calls, you'll want to opt out of their "helpful" multiple call campaign. Hey, they're only looking for your dental health, right? They also offer Botox consultations after your cleaning as well. Interesting.
