From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The office is immaculate, beautifully maintained & decorated and the staff greeted me with friendly smiles, making me feel at ease right away. My husband had his first visit a couple of weeks ago & he was extremely happy with his experience as well. I have recommended DGY to my friends & family members as well. I left the office feeling confident about my dental health and with a bright smile! I highly recommend Dr.Yilmaz to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist. For this reason, it had been awhile since I had seen the dentist (measured in years) and due to that I had some extra anxiety about the visit prior to sitting in the chair. Fortunately, after my visit to Dr. John Hamerink a couple weeks ago, much of my dental anxiety is now gone. The experience was pain free, quick, and the professional and disarming Dr. John was a perfect fit to put my dental anxiety at ease. A cleaning and two fillings in under an hour? I never had so much done so quickly and with great results. Dr. John will break it down what's going on for you and gives great recommendations on how to keep your smile bright besides the usual "brush and floss". The rest of the staff was very friendly as well and I actually LOOK FORWARD to my next visit with the Doc. Thanks, Dr. John!

I would call and try to set up an appointment and he acts annoyed that I called. Reminding me that I am a nurse (which I don't know what that has to do with anything) and I should go to see someone else wherever I am. Wow! And to think it's his work I need redone. My bridge came out and a front tooth he did, and charged me $1700, for (which I paid after I had to convince him that he could do it) broke again. Fast forward to today, I needed a crown over the work he had me go to the endodontist for (he used to do them hisself) and then his wife talked to me as if I would present a paying problem. Saying some people don't pay. And telling me the price of $1700 in a way that made me feel like she was insinuating I didn't have it. Huh?! How insulting! What does that have to do with me? I've NEVER not paid him up front. I actually pay out of pocket mostly because I work for myself. And he knows this and had never had a problem with it. Nevertheless, I thought he was a pretty good dentist and I bragged about him constantly over the years because people loved my teeth but now they are all breaking for some reason and he doesn't want to see me anymore. Really!? So nah, I'm good. I'll find another one who still has respect for his long time clients. The old Dr Grodin would've received 5 stars from me but this new person nah. He wasn't even confident in his work as he used to be.

From the day the restorations were placed, the shape and size were visibly wrong and too long. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately, but the dentist advised me to wait a few days to get used to them. When I returned to state that I was still unhappy, both the dentist and his assistant dismissed my concerns, claiming it was "all in my head." The issues are physical, not cosmetic: Functional Problems: The restorations are so oversized that I can no longer close my lips or mouth naturally. Tissue Damage: The altered fit has caused recurring friction and blisters on my lips . Dismissive Behavior: When I continued to ask for adjustments, the dentist removed his gloves and stated he would not help file them down if I kept complaining. When I called back regarding the ongoing blisters, I was told nothing further could be done because removing them risked breaking the underlying teeth and requiring implants. I paid substantial out-of-pocket costs on top of my insurance coverage for this procedure. After 18 months, I am left with compromised aesthetics, ongoing daily discomfort, and significant anxiety over the quality of work provided. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

From the initial consultation to the final adjustment, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. At 28 years old, I never thought I would embark on the journey to fix my teeth, but after exploring various orthodontic options, including two separate consultations for Invisalign, I ultimately chose to proceed with short-term adult braces under the care of Dr. Nazarian and his team at Premier Dental Center. Despite my initial hesitation of putting on braces as an adult, Dr. Nazarian's comprehensive approach and personalized attention to detail, coupled with the discreet appearance of the clear brackets, made the decision feel right. First and foremost, Dr. Nazarian and the entire staff at Premier Dental Center created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. From the warm greetings at each appointment to the personal attention given to my concerns, they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued and supported throughout my journey. They took the time to thoroughly explain each phase of the treatment, answering all the questions I had along the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient education truly set them apart. Dr. Nazarian, Mrs. Marzena Nazarian, and the Premier Dental Center staff treated me not just as a patient, but as a member of their extended dental family. They took the time to get to know me on a personal level, remembering details about my life and interests beyond my orthodontic treatment. This genuine connection fostered a sense of trust and rapport that made every visit to the clinic a pleasure. Throughout the course of my braces treatment, it was evident that Dr. Nazarian was dedicated to achieving the best possible results for me. Not only did he straighten my teeth effectively, but he also contoured and whitened them, resulting in a better looking smile than I could have ever imagined. Moreover, the technology and techniques used at Premier Dental Center were top-notch. The modern facilities and advanced equipment further enhanced my confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. Additionally, the team consistently prioritized my comfort throughout the process, making adjustments as needed to minimize any discomfort. Now that my braces have been removed, I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Not only do my teeth look fantastic, but I also feel more confident and self-assured than ever before. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nazarian and the team at Premier Dental Center to anyone considering orthodontic treatment. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to patient satisfaction are truly unmatched. I am so impressed with Dr. Nazarian's work that I have decided to continue seeing him as my general dentist for all my dental needs. Thank you for the outstanding results, the warm, welcoming atmosphere at Premier Dental Center, and, most of all, giving me a smile that I can be proud of!
