Costco is great, you can do your grocery shopping for the month and shop for electronics as well they have great prices on everything, plus the gas they have is clean and good for the car, the only bad thing is waiting in line to check out they never seem to move fast. read more

I love Costco they guarantee everything except electronic their jewelry is exceptionally priced right and quality The food is great they make... and if it's not take it back. Yes, sometimes you might go on an off day and wait in line too long, or get bad service. But nothing's perfect unless you have a personal shopper shop for you. But all in all you can't beat the quality, price or the service. Oh and when Christmas comes I use them to send everyone a beautiful gift basket I can afford. They ship for free! I love Costco! Great selection of fresh foods, cheese and wine. Unparalleled customer service. Eg. We purchased an item at our local warehouse, when there were missing parts, they had an employee drive it over to our home. Excellent value for the money, they pay employees a living wage, and beat gas prices! How about those free samples? Did you know that they also have the best prices on fine jewelry including diamonds? Highly recommended, I will return! read more

This is warehouse shopping ...the only .....Costco leads the way - quality & value!

In comparison to other stores, Costco is a great place to shop. Their only downside is the limited variety within each product type, but that is built-in to the business model of selling in bulk (you can't have bulk items for every item that could be found in a non-bulk store). In comparison to other Costcos, this location is as good as I've seen. They are often less busy than others, so it is a potential quick-stop to get what you want and get out. With other Costcos, it's often not worth your time going if you only want an item or two and are in a hurry, but at this store, that's still an option. read more

I love this place! Their products change, which is adds a nice variety through different seasons. Many things you can get cheaper than elsewhere (tires, canned-goods, books, vitamins, toothpaste, candy), but make sure to keep your eyes open for the not-so-good deals (cereal, fruit). Always been a big Costco fan, but I'm done shopping at this location...it is absolutely insane on the weekends, and there are so many promotional samples that block the isles it is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate as people scavenge samples! I'll never shop here again! read more

The store itself is great, but customer service here is horrid as a rule. I live a few minutes away and go to Costco weekly, and am always disappointed with staff. Usually they are talking to one another rather than dealing with you, even when you are getting checked out or doing returns. I keep going back for the products and because the store is clean and nice overall, but they have some major training issues. My mom and friends have totally had similar disconcerting staff experiences here too. read more

Gas is always best price and fruit is 90% of the time great. Only thing I hate is that they move things so you have to hunt for them, I find that poor practice when I want to run in and get something. So many times if I only need one thing quickly I go to a different store just so I do not have to hunt for it. read more

If you're not a fan, why are you a member? Right? Well the store has a lot to browse. While not everything a great deal, usually we can find something that is a great buy. The return policy is great and I spend way more than I normally would because of the liberal return policy. So double-edge sword so to speak. Anyway, been a member for years and will continue to be a member. I can tell you my average dollar out of pocket per shopping visit is just above $500, which is a lot. It's not all too expensive, just end up buying a lot more than I need. read more

Had a horrible experience here the other day (11/11). I go to Costco regularly because they carry a lot of gluten free products and my son is on a gluten free diet. I went to get my son some gluten free pizza and saw a sample lady passing out gluten free pizza samples. I told my son, who has autism, to go ahead a get a sample and he accidentally went to grab a full slice of pizza because he didn't understand what I meant by sample. I corrected him and told him to get one of the small cups instead which he did. The sample lady became very irritated so I told her he has autism and he didn't know and then she proceeds to yell at my son, who is 6 years old by the way. So I told her I had already handled it and that her job was to dish out samples not discipline and she continued to be insanely inappropriate. I told her to leave it a lone and I walked away. I continued on, irritated but not making a big deal about it, I went to the next aisle to grab something else and she saw us and started running her mouth again. I turned around told her she needed to grow up and then went to the manager who is young guy with dark hair and told him how inappropriate this sample lady was being toward me and my son. He said he would take care of it and then I got in line to pay for my things. I watched him put his coat on after that and leave the store, obviously NOT taking care of it. So I went to another manager and told him that I reported a complaint to the manager with the black coat who was currently making his way toward the door and told him what had happened and asked for their corporate number. I've never had to file a complaint before and I've never had a sad old woman harass my son twice before for making a simple mistake and for the manager to ignore the issue completely was unacceptable. This Costco is a JOKE and the people running it are even more pathetic. I left my cart filled with $250 worth of groceries and I will never step foot in that store again. read more
