I asked the worker to help and he came over and told me to just wait for it to start working. After five minutes of it clearly not working and him not helping I threw away the chips and got my other food. At the register he tried to charge me for the chips too until I got pissed off. Like seriously? First time I didn't want to go back to a 7-Eleven and I used to live on top of one. Update: still constantly out of food I think all 7-elevens should have and today was the 4th time they had no chili, cheese, chips or sandwiches

The woman who works days is one of the rudest unwelcoming person that I've ever met. When you work with the public the least you could do is be a slight bit polite. I spend a lot of money in this establishment and to be treated the way she treats people is uncalled for. You would think the owner could do better with his employment screening process. I will not be spending my money there. Just so she'll remember me, I'm the one you told that I can't buy cigarettes if I don't purchase anything else. I'm also the one who made you fish my cup outta the garbage because your slurpee machine decided to have so much pressure it exploded all over the place, my shirt included. Instead of saying, I'm sorry about that. You wanted to know if I threw the cup away? The owner needs to get some quality help around there. Trust me when I say, I'm not the only one not wanting to patronize this store anymore. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to post. Get it together Sir.

I recently moved and this BP is the closest fueling station & convenience store to me now…read more I had filled my car here; I had stopped in here for snacks. But when I needed quarters as I had to recently adjust to using coin operated laundry machines. My first cycle, I thought I had enough, started a wash cycle, and didn't have enough to dry them. I practically had to beg for the clerk (a young girl) to break some bills of mine.... I had just moved into an apartment after a recent breakup and STILL paying off the $4,000 washer/ dryer I've grown accustomed to using. Now I have to beg for quarters? Never felt more like a man being kicked while they were down. She mentioned the owner's policy and having, and she could break a couple bills if I said I was using the change for the air machine... BOTTOM LINE: - Charging money for air is illegal. - When I was in there as a customer before buying snacks her boyfriend (assuming) would be in there by the counter watching videos on his phone as max volume. There was a line of guests she had to ask him to turn it down, in return he just made jokes about why it was loud... I understand good help is hard to find. you have to let the kid clerk have her friends hang out with her during her shift. But the bottom line is the service I received was poor. Didn't take me long to figure out the level of service to expect from this place. I now will get my fuel, and snacks and anything else from anywhere but here.

If you are having pain medication filled, it is probably a good idea to go someplace else…read moreconsidering I was shorted half of my prescription. I was on my way to a funeral when the prescription was picked up. The next day when I opened up the bag and I realized it was short, I immediately contacted the pharmacy department. The tech quickly told me that I was mistaken and accused me of having a family member in the house take it from me, which was impossible. I asked to speak with the store manager and when I talked to him, he said he would get back with me. I gave him a day to call me back and when he didn't I stopped in the store. He accused me of being addicted to pain killers and actually laughed in my face. It was such a horrible interaction, random customers were stopping by mortified by how the Manager was treating me. In the end, they wouldn't do anything to help and refused to admit any error had occurred. While I understand the final responsibility rests with me, I should have opened up the bottle right in the drive-thru and counted them (which is what they told me I should have done). I didn't. Secondly, I completely understand that there is a problem in our society with prescription drug abuse. That fact does not make 100% of the people needing pain killers drug abusers and it is absolutely wrong to treat people the way they have treated me. The entire experience made me feel dirty and I promise to never shop at Walgreens again. In the end, I know I didn't receive my pills, per the Manager, the pharmacy counts says that it was dispensed. That tells me that there is a pharmacist or a tech that is taking medication from customers. I would normally not post such an accusation, however, it is my hope that this serves as documentation if others have had the same experience.
