It February! And, that means Dunkin' is serving one of my favorite donuts in the world, the Brownie Batter Donut. I think lots of people were just as excited by this February treat because this location was absolutely packed at 10:30 am on a Saturday. If you haven't had a brownie batter donut, and you are a chocoholic like me, you must get to Dunkin's to try one. The chocolate filling is thick and rich. It's surrounded by Dunkin's usual raised vanilla donut, but it's been crafted in the shape of a heart. Aw! The donut is topped with their usual chocolate glaze. Horrible experience! First, the young lady (Amanda?) taking the order via drive thru was barely audible. I mentioned I could barely hear her she said "that's ok". Well, ok, but I still barely heard here. Granted I am 54 so the old hearing is not as good as it used to be. Second, I ordered Snackin Bacon crispy as I have had it other places and it's usually not crispy, which is my preference. I got my order and drove away. I pulled onto 275 North and dove into the bacon. Alarmingly it was cold...like congealed fat on the bacon cold. I immediately called and was told that it is meant to be served room temperature. I countered that I have never had it lukewarm before, it's always been piping hot when ordered from other locations. The guy on the phone insisted it's supposed to be room temperature. Ick. Really disgusting. If you go to Dunkin app, it says the snacking bacon is crispy. HOW is room temperature undercooked bacon meeting the definition of crispy. Just avoid this hot mess if a store. read more

Did they always have a drive thru? Because if they did I didn't notice before but it sure came in very handy today when I was leaving the dentist up the street and needed a little caffeine jolt before getting back on the highway. Service was speedy and pleasant. The coffee (yes, I was a basic B and got the pumpkin cream cold brew) was quite good too. I'm not usually a big Dunkin coffee fan but this one was good! I also got a chocolate glazed donut with sprinkles and maaaaan was it disappointing. The glaze and sprinkles were good but the donut itself was kinda stale. I guess that's why they got rid of the "donuts" in their name because it definitely didn't live up to their former reputation! this dunkin has the absolute worst service the rude and temperamental lady in the drive thru was extremely inappropriate with snarky responses when we asked for two separate orders and when we asked if she was ready she proceeds to say " well i've been waiting here in silence for you to order so yeah i'm ready " then waits 8 minutes to cash us out for 2 coffees and avocado toast. Incompetent. Lazy. Rude. This is my first time emitting a review on yelp. Having previously worked in the food industry myself, I strive to show grace and extra patience toward food service workers. But my experience today was unacceptable to say the least. I've been a regular here for 8 years. At some point along the way the employees went from thoughtful, kind and thorough to incompetent, belittling and unpleasant. I'm quite shocked by the significant regression this location has plummeted to. Todays experience took the cake. This morning on August 3rd I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese croissant sandwich. I politely asked the lady to confirm that the sandwich will contain bacon since I've ordered it many many times and it's a hit or miss whether it contains bacon (most of the time they give it to me with sausage). She immediately scorned back and said "that's what it says on my screen." I explained to her how I've often received sausage and she laughed and said "that's weird." When I got to the window, I could hear her in the background mocking and patronizing me by saying "that's the most baconey bacon sandwich I've ever seen." Needless to say it was not at all. I use to rave about this location and encouraged many of my friends to order this exact sandwich. I am redacting that now and will be sure to tell all of my friends to never order at this location. Nobody was wearing masks or social distancing!! I have a video but I have the decency not to upload it. The man working has his pants sagging below his butt and nobody had gloves or masks on and they had a poor attitude because I was ordering breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns at 5:30 AM! I asked for ketchup and they screamed at me and told me to go get my own by the exit door. Love this location. Have been going here for over 20 years. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. They did a great job of serving customers when the store was being remodeled. My orders have never been wrong. The parking situation has gotten worse since they put the drive through in so you do have to be cautious going in and out. A go to place in my book. read more

I stopped here for breakfast early on a Thursday morning before 6am.This location is attached to the mobile gas station. The lady that was running this location really takes pride in her work and provides excellent customer service. This location was clean and neat the floors were clean even though it was snowy out. The food: I ordered and egg and cheese on an English muffin and a Coffee. The sandwich was prepared well cheese was melted and the bread was not burned. The coffee was balanced it had the correct amount of flavor shot and was not to sweet. You may ask...how can you mess up an egg and cheese on English muffin and a coffee? Ive been asking this same question lately as the Dunkins I've been to have been rather inconsistent latley. The thrill of finding a Dunkin that does it right keeps me coming back. I feel conflicted leaving 3 stars because I've had great experiences here and sub par experiences here. I order (generally) the same thing every time but every time the drink tastes different. The pace of the drive through is entirely too fast for me to ask what could possibly be contributing to such different drinks but I am curious. The food isn't that great. If i'm looking for a breakfast sandwich I will drive a few miles away and hit up Tim Hortons. All in all it's not a bad place to stop if you're looking for a quick coffee break. read more

This place is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Red Roof Inn which I stayed at while I was visiting in Michigan. They must get a lot of traffic from the motel because there is actually a path warn through the grass between the motel and the donut shop. I only had occasion to go here one time and that was to get decaf coffee to mix with my regular coffee so I wouldn't get too hyped up. The motel offers excellent fresh brewed coffee so I didn't really need to go to Dunkin Donuts for that, even though I love Dunkin Donuts coffee so much I buy the ground coffee to use at home. The only hitch I had was that the young man asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and I said yes. Most places don't give you as much cream as I want but this place gave me so much cream I didn't even have to add any more when I mixed the decaf with the regular coffee from the motel. I noticed when I read the reviews one other person commented on how heavy the cream was. So if you happen to read this review before you order ask for the cream separate if you can. I don't even know if they do that. Or tell them you just want to a little bit. It didn't create a big problem for me since I was planning on diluting the decaf with regular coffee anyway but if that had been my only coffee for the morning I think I would have been unhappy with it being so heavy on the cream. I've been back a few times and the quality of the breakfast sandwiches is always pretty high. I don't drink coffee. I wish they sold fountain drinks, I'd probably give them a 4 star if so. The bacon, egg, cheese, bagel sandwich is pretty good. I prefer mine on a salt bagel. Today I tried the new entry, a bacon & egg breakfast sandwich which uses a glazed donut as the bread. Surprisingly very good! 1/30/14 Update - I just got served the absolute worst excuse for fast food "hash browns" ever! They tasted like they had sat in dirty mop water, and were burned to top it off. Dunkin' Donuts has been my favorite donut provider throughout my entire life yo. I remember back in the day when there was a location on Ann Arbor Rd between Sheldon and Main St. My mom would take me there all the time. That location closed and has been a Quizno's store and at least 2 different cell phone stores since then. This location, however has stood the test of time and has made it over the years. I have to say, Dunkin Donuts coffee has really grown on me. I only drink my coffee black, so it's really just hot bean water. But it does the trick for me. I also am a HUGE fan of their donies. Their chocolate glazed donuts must consume about 25% of my body mass, which is a lot of mass. But I'll try any of their donuts, any day any time any where. This place loses a star due to the prices of everything. I can't believe how much 1 donut costs. I must cost them like .12 cents per donut that they peddle for like a buck fifty yo. Oh well. Also, I have tried Dunkin Donuts breakfast sandwhiches in the past and they are disgusting. read more

So... after to many orders gone wrong.. my bad for continuing to go back. I usually grab a coffee about 3 days a week... if I order decaf it's usually alittle cold. If I order a donut its guaranteed to be the wrong kind. Every time. I feel they just blindly grab things and put them in bags. For what you come here for -- coffee and donuts -- it's pretty decent. Pretty much the same as any other Dunkin Donuts. My only complaint is that they were out of quite a few varieties of donuts when we were there and they had no decaf coffee ready. read more

I haven't had a bad experience at this dunkin. I typically go 3+ times a week for my iced coffee with almond milk which has been consistent. Fast service, staff are nice, and dunkin has a great rewards app which also allows you to make mobile payments. The parking lot can be a little hectic with traffic from the gas station, but overall this dunkin is great. read more

The staff here is really nice and always really friendly, but unfortunately my drink typically ends up wrong or not made correctly. Mind you, I don't come every day or anything, only a couple times a week maybe? I normally order a latte (flavor or not) with almond milk. I've gotten my drink multiple times with regular or other milks, or I've gotten iced coffee instead. The espresso is typically always old, dry and bitter which overpowers the drink. Then there's also been times I've gotten my drink, asked for a flavor and then didn't get any flavor. There was also a whole month where the vanilla syrup had to have gone bad or something, it always tasted awful. I've gone back in only a few times to have my drink made correctly, but sometimes I'm just trying to grab something nice to drink in the morning before work, so I don't always have time to ask for them to remake it. This Dunkin is probably just okay, in my books. My husband has never had his drink made wrong, at least. read more

Went here once cuz I was chilling nearby but thought this place was okay. Went during the afternoon so it's expected I wouldn't get the freshest donuts. Crossaint sandwich was good. Probably my second time at a Dunkin Donuts since I usually go to Krispy Kreme but overall, good good. Not much more I can say about donuts.... but! I lived in Boston for four years and I developed a love for, or at least an addiction for, Dunkin Donuts coffee and Coffee Rolls (their donuty version of a cinnamon roll). I don't know why there are no Dunkin Donuts eateries in Ann Arbor, but it makes the boring village all the more crappy. This is one of the closest ones to AA and it's on the way to several points East. Connected to a gas station which always makes for a strange dine-in environment, but it can also be very convenient if you're on the go. I love Dunkin Donuts!!! -- but I prefer the one in Canton across from IKEA. read more

They always mess up my coffee order! I live by this dunkin and I regret it every time I go there. I used to order my coffee with 3 sugars and 1 cream and they kept dumping a ton of cream into the coffee where all you could taste was cream. Today I went there, which I regret, and asked for 3 sugars and just a little cream, like half a cream. I received 3 creams and half a sugar. Seriously?!
