When I asked when the manager or owner would be in so I could talk to them, I was told they could not give me that information! What?!@I Because of this, and me not being a "happy customer" at the way I was/ have been treated, they banned me! What? Am I supposed to just happily accept and pay for their mistakes??!! Really?? I went to college for hotel/ restaurant management. This is NOT how to treat customers! If I had only been there a few times, that would be one thing. We tried out: Bubble Gum, Strawberry, Banana, Sour Apple, and Birthday Cake. Our favorite turned out to be the Birthday Cake one! This place was so cute inside, the offered different kinds of candy including chocolate bars. Then pop from another state. I tried the root beer flavored one which was very good! The person that owns the establishment was there and he was very friendly and very helpful. I did come there to get my favorite which is the typical blue and pink from carnivals. They didn't have any blue raspberry left, I was a little disappointed however it still was great to see the store and try out other flavors of cotton candy. If you're ever in the city of Brighton, Michigan you definitely need to check it out! The cotton candy was so fresh it tasted as if it was made just then. Very flavorful cotton candy. The place is hard to find because it's located inside of another building for multiple businesses inside. You will not see its own building for it. But don't let that discourage you from visiting. It was a lot of fun! I took many pictures to show you the inside of the store. If you're a cotton candy fan like myself you definitely need to go and make sure to purchase the "Birthday Cake" flavored one too!
