I kept seeing this bakery all over Facebook, so I decided to give it a try. They sell bagels, donuts, fritters, cinnamon rolls, and some other sweet breakfast items. I went in at 11 o'clock and they close at three. They were out of all of their donuts, and many people came in and left disappointed. My understanding is that they don't want to have access but they turned away at least five customers in the five minutes that I was there. With no donuts available I went with a half dozen bagels and an iced coffee. Iced coffee is legit. It's really good. My salt bagel is also really good. It's a little bit softer than the traditional New York style bagel. The outside as a little more crispy rather than crunchy if that makes sense. The inside has got a wonderful chew. I will have to go back when they have donuts and write another review.

If you get up and moving after 9:00 on the weekends, no donuts for you. They don't seem to appreciate the late crowd.

Friendly staff, A little pricy, but good donuts, and good variety of options. Not baked on site so getting there early is key

I absolutely love their donuts. Some of the best chocolate frosting on a donut I've ever had. Staff is very friendly as well.

Nice bagel/sandwich shop, but definitely not as inexpensive as you might assume…read more Don't get me wrong- this is a nice bagel shop, especially for the mall. They're definitely doing something right. The bagels are incredibly fresh and obviously baked daily, plus the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, as well as their freshly baked cookies. It's obvious some TLC has gone into the mix here. If you expect stale bagels and a commercialized taste, you might be in for a surprise. The food is fresh. I don't think the staff would let a stale bagel leave in a customer's hands. No joke. The only problem is the price. I get that everything is fresh. Shouldn't every bagel shop be selling only the freshest of fresh goodies? I think so. The prices here at Bagel Brothers are a tad high, especially on the baked goods and treats, like cookies, muffins, biscotti, etc. Most of the baked goods are in the $9 price range. I think paying that much for a cookie, as good as it is, is a bit excessive. It's not made of gold. The bagel sandwiches are a bit higher than most of the competition, too, but I don't believe they're as out of line in price as the sweets are. It's just a little bit steep, especially for the area. Located in the former Cinnabon location at GVC, Bagel Brothers opened this year and since then, I have enjoyed their bagels and cookies a few times now. I was actually pretty excited to try it, but not so excited about their prices. Again, considering the area and the competition, it's a little high, but the quality is certainly there. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate muffins and their fresh bagels, which come in a variety of flavors, including pumpernickel, whole wheat and sun dried tomato (my personal favorite). Personally, I think the Lox bagel, with salmon and sprinkled with capers, is the best bet. I think it was about $7. Most of the loaded bagel sandwiches are in the $6-$8 range. Regular toasted bagels with cream cheese are a little over $2 (gourmet cream cheeses are extra, but the regular cream cheese suffices). If you want to spring for the gourmet cream cheese, get the dill. It's worth the extra money. They also have a large selection of sandwich wraps, as well as soups. I haven't tried the soup yet, but the broccoli and cheese looked pretty good. So far, service has been fine, but nothing out of the ordinary either way. The location is great, right on the first floor and away from the food court upstairs, which is occasionally a zoo. There is some seating out front, so you don't need to feel as if you're compelled to plop down on a bench in the middle of the mall to wolf down your bagel sandwich in a New York minute. I think they have a great product, but I don't know if everyone would be willing to spend that much for a few bagels and cookies or a muffin. Just saying. Honestly, it doesn't really bother me that much and I'm willing to spend a little more for the quality, but I'm not certain everyone would feel the same way. Like I said, excellent quality, but slightly exaggerated prices. Overall, I think it's worth it.

$8+ for two bagels toasted with BUTTER... maybe I'm cheap but that seems insane. Leaving a review…read morebecause in times past she has just stuck her hand out for my credit card, without even telling me my total cost, and I had to ask. I can't imagine how much a dozen bagels would cost. For a privately owned bagel shop, you'd expect something a little bit more of a friendly conversation, but that has never happened. I won't comment on all her power lifting stuff that has nothing to do with bagels.. I just can't get over spending $8+ dollars on two bagels with butter. I told a friend, who couldn't believe it, so wanted to share with the Public. Good bagels, if you don't mind getting ripped off.

[Out-of-Towner Review}…read more Lovel supporting local bagel shops! I always use Yelp to find one when I'm traveling. I was staying in Novi, but Wixom was the closest, local bagel shop to me. I made the quick trip and was so happy I did. The Bagel Station is location in a nondescript shopping strip. If you blink, you may miss it. When you walk in you instantly notice the plaques, medals, and awards AND then the bagels. Upon future inspection, they are all for the woman owner who is a true rockstar in the Strongman world of competitions! She is also the one who took and prepared my order. Which was a BEC, minus the C, but add scallion cream cheese. The bacon was perfectly crispy and a very generous portion. I was worried it wasn't going to be good, because it was microwaved, BUT I was proven wrong! It was a great bagel. I had a great convo with the owner about her journey in Strongman. It was nice to have such a niche conversation. She was working hard to run her business, but still was able to multitask. As I was leaving, she mentioned that the bagel recipe is an old Jewish recipe (I can't recall if she said it was also a family recipe too). I appreciate that she shared that little tidbit about the history of this local, small business. Bagels and convo are always a nice way to start any day!

I ordered a couple of sandwiches, a half dozen bagels, and a tub of cream cheese, and while I waited I watched all the staff make intentional and efficient movements around their respective stations and the other areas as needed (toasters, microwaves, spread stations, etc). I was also able to stick with my clerk (instead of placing an order and walking away to the end to wait) so I was able to make sure everything in my large order was accurate. It was! For my sandwich I got the Farmer's Eggel for the first time (scrambled eggs with diced peppers and onions along with a sausage patty and American cheese on a plain bagel) which was good and filling for just under $7. Check out at the register is easy and I highly recommend signing up for rewards on their website if you're a frequent flyer. Today I got a $5 reward towards to my order!

Excited to see another NY based restaurant coming to Ann Arbor. Located right across the street…read morefrom another NY based restaurant Joe's pizza. I came in ordered right away and had to wait about ten minutes while there was still a small line waiting for their order. If I had to come back, I recommend putting an app or online order and giving yourself at least 15 minutes for pick up. This place was moderately busy and had to wait quite a bit. The layout is a bit awkward they only have window seating which is another reason I would just pick up your order and go, not a lot of room to eat inside. Also as soon as you walk in you hit the pick up window and have to make your way through a bunch of people before getting to the ordering line. Being from NY, I had to try their Reuben called a Rick's Reuben on a Black Russian bagel which is like a rye pumpernickel bagel. The bagel was solid the sandwich is just ok for 13-14 dollars only put in one slice of corn beef, the maize n blue deli across the street offers better sandwiches at a better value. I would come back for their bagel and cream cheeses, but avoid ordering in house and pass on their deli sandwiches

Sometimes there's a lot of cream cheese on a bagel, sometime not even an ounce... The bagels have gotten roughly 1/3 smaller since opening, what's up with that? At $7+ tax and tip for a bagel with cream cheese, Bo's, you have to be more consistent!! Their ice-T tastes like burnt coffee for some reason. If the owner is there, the quality is decent and the bagels are made better, but very different than when the owner is not there. ...the quality has been really bad last three times... and the owner was nowhere to be seen. Like it's two different bagel spots... Won't be back for at least 6 months. Hopefully it's better next time.
