Can't really complain about Dunkin' Donuts! The donuts always hit the spot and the coffee is always the perfect pick me up.

I have been going here since I moved to Westland from California in 2012, my Fiancé even longer. The service is top notch to say the least, the beverages on point and the food fresh and flavorful. What a great Dunkin' Donuts to get donuts, coffee, news and morning sunshine from! The staff here are very positive. The management is efficient and stays in the background making the donuts. The dining area is kept clean and tidy. The donuts are always well stocked, though the choices vary from time to time. The coffee is always hot and fresh. I've never had to wait for it to be made here. The parking lot is kept in good repair. The store is easy to see from off of Wayne Road. The parking lot is a good size with a few extra spaces in the back. The only detraction I would note is the placement of the cigarette ash tray right at the door - of course this has to do more with the customers than the store. It looks a lot better at the entrance since this was put here. Their seasonal donut selections are enjoyable and attractive. Their staples are fresh and tasty. Amazing service. Donuts were fully stocked and delicious. I wish there was a bigger seating area, but overall a very nice experience.

I really just stopped in here to get a coffee, but even though I haven't been impressed with their donuts in other states, I couldn't resist trying a few to take to the friends whose house I'm staying at. The male clerk was a "Slam-bam-thank-you-maam" sort. Not very anxious to answer questions or help with decisions. He had my coffee cup filled before I could request 50/50 reg/decaf. He wanted to know in advance how many donuts I wanted when I didn't know that myself. Even though the place seemed slow and I was the only one in there he seemed to want to rush me thru like there was a line of 10 impatient customers behind me. The girl who came in when we were almost done was much more pleasant and cheerful. I got one kreme filled (like cake frosting, not custardy), 4 cruller, one glazed, 6 total. The coffee was great, the donuts were just mediocre. I can't forget how much I loved Amy Joy Donuts when they were in existance in this area, and Krispy Kreme are about the best I know now, at least for chain store donuts. The "kreme" filled was waaay too sugary sweet. The rest were better fresh than the next day. I'm sure I will be back for their coffee but I will try to resist the donuts. read more

Been there alot of times and recently over the years. Everyone in there seems seemingly nice. The place is always clean ( would be cool to see a good more modern update) My daughter (she's 12) absolutely loves this place. Prices are very good. Will definetly be going back. BEST DD EVER ! I walked in today to buy a couple donuts and an iced coffee and I was greeted with pleasant staff who recommended a bunch of different accommodations I could add to my drink. I tried the vanilla flavor that they recommended and I absolutely loved it!!! SO DELICIOUS ! This is the DD I will always go to and I will definitely be coming back for another vanilla iced coffee!! horrible customer service. I ordered one iced coffee, and they took 5 orders after me and made theirs before mine. the 5th man after me ordered a large iced coffee and his little girlfriend behind the counter made his coffee instantly. the cashier for some reason had to be the one to make mine? meanwhile the other staff and management are just standing there while I am asking where my coffee is. this entire team needs to be retrained. the only good thing that happened is that I got my money back no questions asked. and that's only cause what looked to be the owner? maybe the GM was training two others on how to do refunds. go figure. read more

Well not really much competition around but thankfully they're just as good as every other Duncan Donuts you go to. The only problem is if they have a special or seasonal donut, they never seem to have them when we go, no matter what time of day or night! We noticed the same girl working every time so I thought there was something up with that and the last time we wanted a donut we went to the one in Canton on Ford Rd. Of course they had the donut we wanted to try!! So other than the fact that Miss Duncan Mustachio claims to never have the special fancy donuts we want, they do a pretty good job. read more

Do you want lukewarm coffee, when you order a hot coffee? This is the place to go. I've been going there for years and it's quality has been going down. Nice and friendly employees (mostly) is its saving grace. If you don't mind room temperature coffee, it's one of the better DDs around the area. read more

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area. I stop by here almost every morning on my way to work. One of the best things about this location is how clean it is. The is actually one of the most important things to me when it comes to where I purchase food and drinks. Their service is always great and they are very attentive!! Stopped with my wife for some Jelly Doughnuts. I bought a Jelly stick, and my wife chose the round Jelly Doughnuts. After getting home discovered my Jelly stick had NO JELLY. And my wife said that her round Jelly doughnut did not have very much Jelly. We will NOT return to this location. read more

This location is open 24/7, including their seating area! It's sort of an old style Dunkin that could use some interior and exterior renovations. However, they still service the same yummy and fattening donuts. We did walk in at 9 and they were out of more than half their options. Customer service was good. read more

I ordered cold brew, I usually go to Starbucks but I felt lazy and didn't want to drive that far so I settled for Dunkin, usually I get the Vanilla Sweet Cream from SBUX but considering Dunkin doesn't have that I tried to do my best to match the recipe. I order a cold brew with their awful vanilla and heavy handed cream pouring. Needless to say I got a cup of literally no Cold Brew just flavor syrup and cream. They literally forgot to put the cold brew in. I took one taste and threw it out. I'm kicking myself for not taking it back and having it remade. read more
