This is my morning coffee stop! A few years ago, I stopped in to a coffee shop to do some work while my husband was doing some work at a separate location. Not to be rude, I asked the barista to make me something yummy. Behold! The white chocolate mocha was introduced to me. After several coffee shops later, including big chains and smaller mom and pops, I found Biggby. Their coffee is fresh, doesn't have any weird after taste, and is hot. Debbie, Jeanette, Sam, and Cindy are just a few of the amazing staff members here. They recognize me, my order, and are super friendly. I stop here every weekday for a white lightning. The coffee shop is clean and feels so warm to come in and work/eat. Definitely, come here for breakfast, especially for their coffee. read more

I'm not a big fan of this Biggby location - this morning I stopped in and it is pouring rain outside. I waited for a long time before the two girls working could even look in my direction. When finally the one yelled out what my order was she had to explain that they were busy taking care of their FAVORITE customer at the drive-up window! Who says that? Not a thank-you, not a 'have a nice day', not even an eye contact after she took my money. These people are lucky to have a good product to sell because they sure aren't going to make it on customer service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My coffee & bagel would usually take about 2 minutes which is no big deal to me, but the other day I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for my food and beverage. Ridiculous!! I'm never one to complain, ever, but 25 minutes is a little much. Not to mention the middle aged woman is the RUDEST person I have ever met. If you hate your job so much that you're treating your customers like complete garbage, maybe you should find a new job. read more

Horrible prices Don't get me wrong i love biggby but i will never be going to this location ever again. Biggby as we all know is so ridiculously over priced for the coffee that your getting. The reason for this review is, soft ball girls at my daughters school were selling coupons for biggby as fundraiser they were doing for the team. 20$ per card for a 200 dollar value, of course i jumped at the opportunity because i love biggby. I am so excited to use the coupons to get my half off white lightning iced coffee and then guess what, this location (the only one i ever go to) does not except them. Since all the biggby's are owned individually they can choose if they want to participate in the coupons. I think this is just absolutely ridiculous. I will not be paying over 5 dollars for a 16 oz. coffee, i will take my money to starbucks for a lowered price for the same exact thing. I cant express my anger enough. The owner is just selfish. You know your coffee prices are ridiculously over priced and the least you can do is let people use coupons to knock a couple dollars off their bill. You are only hurting yourself by not allowing coupons to be used at this location. I would've spent way more money at your location because of the coupons but now I will never go back ever again. Terrible customer service! I was given an attitude when I accidentally removed my card before it was done processing my payment. The barista gave me an attitude and was all huffy. I was the only one in there so it's not like they were slammed. They didn't provide a cup sleeve so I wouldn't burn myself and they handed me my HOT coffee with no lid. Who hands someone a scalding hot drink without a lid!? Not to mention I got a small and paid twice as much as I would at Starbucks. Needless to say I will not be going back there. read more

Small and cozy. That is what I would call this place. It always smells good when you enter and right by the door is a small comfortable seating area with a fireplace so you can look outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a tv overhead. The the drinks are made good and everyone is friends. Also there is a little section of sweet snacks. I would say get the brownie because it is really good. I use to drink coffee but can't anymore. But I come here for a chai tea or early gray tea latte. There are many tea lattes on the menu which is great for any tea drinker. read more

Almost a week ago I came to this bigby. I come here usually every friday, Saturday, and sunday I am a manager at a restraunt and all I have to say is if one of my employees ever said what this employee said to me. That person would be gone. As I made my original order, since I WAS a regular , I pulled up and realize I forgot my wallet. I quickly ran inside and told the employee that KNOWS who I am and he said some pretty harsh statements to me, and as I began to walk towards the door after apologizing a substantial amount of times, he began talking negatively about me. I will not be returning. Sorry that I didn't realize that my wallet that is usually in my purse wasn't there and it was such a inconvenience for you. Trust me it will never happen again. read more

I come through here regularly. For the most part, the staff is genuinely kind and friendly. I've had two instances recently where my latte was not decaf although I asked for it that way. It's a problem for me if it's not decaf so I've had to dump the drinks. This seems to be a recent issue so I'm hoping it clears up. read more

Excellent coffee. Hot Cold or frozen. There is a tasted for every craving. Just wish they had salads and sandwiches to go with my coffee.

I will start out and say that usually the staff here is ok but lately it has been horrible. Whether you go inside or the drive thru you will be waiting 10+ minutes for your drink. I came here via the drive-thru and it was my first visit to a Bigby. I was very, very disappointed. I saw a caramel-marshmallow latte and thought it'd be tasty, so I ordered one made with soy since I'm vegan. I pulled up to the window and asked if the caramel was made using the caramel sauce or caramel syrup. The "barista" was confused. I tried to explain. "One is thin, one is thicker." He still didn't get it. "One is similar to water in consistency, the other is something like you'd put on ice cream." He still didn't get it. "Can I just see the bottle?" I asked, and he gave it to me. I saw there was milk and said, "Oh, I can't have this, this has milk in it." He replied, "But the latte is FULL of milk!" To which I said, "That's why I asked for soy milk." "Oh, you asked for SOY?" He said, incredulous. He went on to add that the marshmallow also probably contained milk so I asked what other flavors they had. He motioned behind him with his hand. Instead of telling me what flavors, he expected me to see them from the drive-thru window, which I couldn't see even with my glasses on. I figured they had hazelnut, which they did, and he gave my my soy latte. He never apologized. Not once. Not for being oblivious to terminology, not for expecting me to read all the syrups from far away (with them facing away from me at that), not for not getting the soy milk I ordered. He didn't seem to give a damn one way or the other, and that really colored my Bigby experience. read more
