Long lines. Never enough employees working. Just like every other Dollar Tree. It's enough to avoid shopping there.

Clean, well stocked and everything is a dollar! I often drive out of the way to go to this location.

Beautiful thing about these smaller sized Korean grocery markets is that they have mom n' pop feel…read moreto them. No, they wouldn't have as great of selections as your giant chain marts, but they have the essentials ready for the locals, and their owners are usually very friendly and helpful. When you become regulars, they're usually very good to take care of you in one manner or another. (Please note that I'm not speaking specific to Kappa only, but more in general.) As for my experience at Kappa, it was pleasant enough. Mark-ups weren't as bad as some of the other smaller places I've been to, and I loved the fact that they have house-made prepackaged food available. They also heavily advertise their banchans a lot, which is in line with most of these smaller joints. Koreans call it "son mat" which our trusty AI friend describes it like this: "Son-mat (손맛) is a Korean word that means "hand taste" and is used to describe the unique flavor that comes from a cook's skill, care, and personal touch. It can also refer to the idea of passing down the love and care that mothers put into their cooking to their loved ones." This is especially important because it's what will get your customers coming back for more. The trouble is that these smaller groceries are mainly targeted for locals nearby. I happen to live 90 minutes away, and if I have to do my quarterly Korean grocery shopping, I'm more inclined to go to a bigger chain mart, unless there's a very specific reason to pick one over the other. I would certainly recommend Kappa for people who are in the area, not looking to stock up for the next 3 months. As for me, one visit was very pleasant, but enough.

My review is for the pharmacy…read more I do not have a Costco card, but I do use their pharmacy. Lamar is usually there to ring me up and he is one of the nicest young gentleman I have met in a pharmacy. He's always professional and nice. The rest of the staff are great too, just can't remember their names. I usually come once a month to pick up for myself and my son. I can't say in pricing because I pay my copay, but they are usually good about stock. And if they do have it I get a message right away for the next day.

The WORST tire store in my 24yr Costco history. James and Andrew are the most unqualified least…read morecustomer service oriented. We spend thousands of dollars every month at Costco and this executive membership is a joke. There's no good service and the stores are turning into Kmarts! Went in after being stranded with a seriously flat tire. Without checking my car James said I'd have to wait SIX hours for the repair...I had no choice so I had to wait. Then appointment time comes ( there's no comfortable place to wait anymore they removed the bench at the tire centers for some reason ( getting more like Kmart everyday). Then they say they can't fix it and I'd have to wait two more hours to have the spare put on. At the same time I'm looking at the work bays and nobody is hustling back there to do anything. So I demand my keys back and go out and change spare myself...finally some action but I had to threaten James for lying to me and providing crappy service. NEVER AGAIN WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING AT COSTCO LATELY THERES HARDLY ANY SERVICE ANYMORE!

I stumbled upon open door thrift store today. I've definitely not ever given a five star before…read more But this store really was charming. It probably is more of a 4 to 4 1/2 star but honestly, when actually comparing it to others, I would give it a five. If I compare it to resale stores, maybe a then a 4. The way it was organized was terrific, and it made things very easy to find. The staff working, there were friendly, helpful, and overall just kind. And the selection of certain items were very good. I would probably say in terms of quantity and overall quality it would depend what you're looking for. Clothing I would probably say is a 3 to 4 star experience based on amount and pricing. But if you're looking for HomeGoods, kitchenware, or other things of that genre, it has a lot to offer. I was particularly impressed that they took the time to label the size and type of the linens. This is not something I've seen done at a thrift store before and it is extremely useful. I actually ended up getting some curtains for my photography business as a result. Normally, I don't take that risk because I can't tell what they might fit like. The linen area was amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for table cloths, sheets, placemats, etc.. I also was impressed with how they have the jewelry laid out. And it made me think about some of the stuff that I have wanted to donate for jewelry, but I haven't felt comfortable bringing to Goodwill or Salvation Army. I may donate some costume jewelry here soon. Definitely I will be back and I'm so glad I discovered this place today. Well I didn't buy clothes. I would definitely skim through them again in the future. But I will for sure. Be coming to do prop source in here. Prices were fair, even if there was no Gimmick sales. I would rather have prices upfront that are good anyway.
