Had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Target in Commerce Michigan. I went in to return an item and things went downhill fast due to poor training and unprofessional behavior from the staff. After the first young employee mishandled my return, Andrea (a team member there) stepped in and acknowledged the mistake, but told me there wasn't much they could do to fix it. While I remained calm, she suddenly accused me of "cussing and acting crazy", completely untrue and clearly an attempt to deflect from their own error. I left the store frustrated but returned to get the names of the employees involved so I could submit proper feedback. That's when I walked in on Andrea talking about me openly to other coworkers in front of customers, laughing and mocking the situation. I have this on video. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when the store admitted fault in the first place. Talking about customers in front of others and mishandling a return should never be brushed off. I'll be sharing the video shortly, if Target cares about its reputation and customer experience, I hope someone from corporate will reach out to make this right

Management filters out deliveries so they don't make it to the public. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't shop here!

The store is okay, but DO NOT USE THE GROCERY DELIVERY/PICK UP...unless you want to be completely frustrated and have your time wasted.

Beautiful thing about these smaller sized Korean grocery markets is that they have mom n' pop feel…read moreto them. No, they wouldn't have as great of selections as your giant chain marts, but they have the essentials ready for the locals, and their owners are usually very friendly and helpful. When you become regulars, they're usually very good to take care of you in one manner or another. (Please note that I'm not speaking specific to Kappa only, but more in general.) As for my experience at Kappa, it was pleasant enough. Mark-ups weren't as bad as some of the other smaller places I've been to, and I loved the fact that they have house-made prepackaged food available. They also heavily advertise their banchans a lot, which is in line with most of these smaller joints. Koreans call it "son mat" which our trusty AI friend describes it like this: "Son-mat (손맛) is a Korean word that means "hand taste" and is used to describe the unique flavor that comes from a cook's skill, care, and personal touch. It can also refer to the idea of passing down the love and care that mothers put into their cooking to their loved ones." This is especially important because it's what will get your customers coming back for more. The trouble is that these smaller groceries are mainly targeted for locals nearby. I happen to live 90 minutes away, and if I have to do my quarterly Korean grocery shopping, I'm more inclined to go to a bigger chain mart, unless there's a very specific reason to pick one over the other. I would certainly recommend Kappa for people who are in the area, not looking to stock up for the next 3 months. As for me, one visit was very pleasant, but enough.
