I get all the same meds each month and each month I have to go out of my way and call and make sure my meds are refilled and are going to be on time and each month they are NOT. They don't have a online portal to check for yourself and the whole thing is inconvenient and annoying because they never are ready unless I call and tell them..every single month. I've stayed cuz I loved the previous owners/workers and how smooth and easy everything was but now I'm considering switching pharmacy's. The whole thing is just annoying.

I admit it takes an extra five minutes a month to go here but they have alerted my to coupons and discount codes that have saved me hundreds of dollars- maybe even thousands. They answer my questions politely and track down doctors when a refill is needed.

I showed up 5 minutes early, but since there was only one register open it took almost 15 minutes before I was waited on. Then it took almost 10 minutes to check in (it was embarrassing to hold up the line for that long!) as the clerk seemed to have to hit 500 key strokes. Finally, I was told to wait for my shot. That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? I will never go there again to get a shot, even if it is free. Zero stars for how they run things! Again, the people were very nice, so I completely blame the management and the really bad computer systems! Do they want to go out of business? Why don't they do something to improve things? 2025, with 1990s technology.....

I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

The Pharmacy Manager Samah is wonderful and always takes care of any problems you have. Considering that due to nationwide shortage you can't always get your medication this place is always on top of their ordering. Front store might get a bit busy but they do have a self checkout lines so no reason if your are over a certain age to stand in line and complain. Be thankful and kind to your pharmacy staff they are still your front line workers and they did work when many of us was sitting at home.
