He did not take the washing machine down to the basement, where the laundry is. He did not install the washing machine. He did not leave the accessories, which will be the waterlines.. They literally drove close to my house then marked it as if I wasn't home but the door was open. They never called me. Never rang the bell. Never even stopped. I'm livid. Customer service said they cannot contact the driver then left me on hold forever and said I'm pretty much SOL. I called customer service about 2 mins after I saw them pass by because I was tracking them in the app. They should be ashamed. I literally waited all day for this delivery and installation. CONSUMER WARNING!! RXI delivered my fridge on behalf of Costco and according to the plumbers I hired, they reused a copper compression fitting that is metal and it cross threaded and didn't seal properly and resulted in a slow leak. They dispatched an "inspector" who took pictures of the damage and their stance is that it was existing. (please note attached pictures) The proof of delivery report they sent me along with the accompanying pictures that were taken, show dirt and it even says there was no existing damage. (highlighted in yellow) I put together this compilation using the proof of delivery and pictures & "inspection" along with the pictures with pink text that I took showing the actual extent of the damage. Seems to me that you would notice this much warping when trying to roll it back into place. read more

Well between my determination and the assistance of the RXO SocialMedia person I was able to get my Matress & Box spring set delivered today. The two gentlemen set the bed frame up, placed the box spring & matress into the frame and did not damage anything even moving a Queen sized matress set thru my not so large cottage. Installation of new LG gas drier and removal of old one. They were good, didn't make any marks or damage anything. The only problem I have is the communication for delivery. When I bought it they said delivery 12/26/24; then few days before that changed it to 1/8/25. They did deliver that day. They say text 30 minutes before arrival, but it was about 5 minutes. *While they were installing* (1/8/25) I got another text from LG or RXO saying I can expect delivery 12/26/24! Wacky. Delivery of my LG washer in June was worse. Like other people said, they would change the delivery without notice on the day. The day kept getting pushed back with little warning. read more

I ordered a fridge on November 25th to be delivered to our new house on December 28th. I figured over a month of time would be plenty. I got a text at 7pm on the 27th (the night BEFORE we were to receive our delivery) stating that our fridge would not be arriving on the 28th as originally planned, that I would need to call and reschedule. I called immediately, and the next available date was January 9th. I put in a request to get it earlier than the 9th, and they said they'd call me back that night with a resolution. I have called them now 4 times and my delivery was pushed back AGAIN to the 14th. The timing and service of delivery is just unacceptable. I'm really disappointed. UPDATE: RXO got with me very swiftly and were more than helpful in resolving my problem. We actually got our delivery January 2nd (WAY better than the 14th), and the delivery crew were helpful and knowledgeable. For that, changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. read more

Worst carrier I have ever dealt with. Booked a ship date two weeks out per their requirement for a Friday. Blocked an entire day. Called at 10am the morning of to confirm they were coming. Was told yes. 2:30 in the afternoon I receive call that they are not coming and find out they never even loaded the product on the truck. They had no intentions of fulfilling their commitment that day. As if that wasn't enough, they then tell me I have to wait an entire additional week. Any other company would have apologized and put my item on the next truck. But not these guys. Finally the third person I talk to promises to call me back with a confirmation for the following Monday. Not even the next day still. What a shock, no call. The next Friday, I finally get a confirmation for sometime between 11-3. Showed up just before 3. The two gentlemen that showed up, were very nice. No issue with them. I've been the the best roadie driver to roadie and but last night I was disrespected by another roadie driver. No one came. Nor any man there at the dock didn't help when this man was calling me names and threatening me. The men just stared!! Never had any issue with no one until last night. Then one rxo worker. Worst business I've encountered. TheyDo not answer phones; I had an appliance delivered over two months ago and they were supposed to install and take the old one away. These guys would not wait 5 minutes for the condo maintenance man to turn off the circuit breakers and left. I had been calling and calling and finally could get hold of a human. She was very nice and set up an appointment - I took day off from work. The workman came, and would not do anything because they were not certified. Absolutely the worst experience. Then I get a reschedule message to select a delivery date with nothing available for another week. I sat around and waited for that delivery which didn't happen and their website states: "Cannot Perform Stop - Stop not performed due to the consignee rescheduling enroute. : undefined" I didn't reschedule anything! I sat on my thumb waiting all afternoon/evening for a delivery or communication from RXO! Now I'm trying to find out what happened and the automated voice system wrongly says it was delivered. I purchased a queen mattress from Walmart and they had RXO as delivery service. We all that shop at Walmart know how unpredictable they can be with shipping. I was instructed through email from RXO to pick my delivery date and they would send me a four hour window and it gets to the date, RXO would let me know 30 minutes before they arrived. It was going smoothly until I get email from Walmart saying my delivery order date was delayed. I sent email and received a response from seller stating my delivery was set for original delivery date. NO DELAY! I was very happy. Everything went as smoothly as predicted. I did not pay a service fee. The RXO delivery people were responsible and efficient. I would not mind using their services again. read more

The worst experience I have ever had. This company is a joke. They called the night before and delayed my delivery 11 days. When they finally showed up, the oven was broken and they forgot to bring the tools to properly install the refrigerator. The different components of the fridge are still in boxes on my countertop waiting to be installed. While carrying the fridge up the stairs, they left gouges in my stairs in 5 places and scratched my wood floors. In the way out, they knocked over my ceramic planter and shattered it. My experience with your delivery service after ordering my dishwasher at the end of December has been absolutely terrible. My order has been rescheduled for delivery several different times with little to no notice. I had communicated with Electrolux after the 2nd time and they were supposed to be in contact with your service to expedite delivery. I was told I was supposed to receive a phone call with a confirmation last week. I never received this call. I never received an update on the delivery a few times when it was rescheduled. This order was supposed to be delivered and installed on 2/7. I received a text the day before saying it was cancelled due to the shipment not being available yet the tracking information shows that it was in their warehouse on 2/6. The next available day was 2/13. I asked that I be put on an earlier date if possible and was told no it was not possible. I received a cancellation again on 2/12 due to weather which I do understand as were hit with a storm. I had to reschedule again and was told by customer service that it would be rescheduled for the 20th and they did not have anything earlier. I contacted customer service and after much begging I received a response that they fit us in for the 15th. So thankful it was rescheduled for earlier. However, now I have a boxed dishwasher in my foyer and the old dishwasher still installed as we were told they did not have the ability to install the appliance without any note of when they would return. RXO has proven to me on 2 separate occasions that they do a good job. They have been the "white glove" delivery service for 2 Big Fig mattress to me over the last year. They do a good job of keeping you informed of the delivery time and meet the scheduled delivery promises. In each case the men doing the delivery were personable and professional. Amazing to see all the reviews with the exact same story as me. At least we're all suffering together. Scheduled through Samsung a week and a half in advance, took the day off work, window of 3-7. Never got a call, kept calling and asking. Eventually at 9 pm was told the driver just called it a day before my delivery. 2 days later, no rescheduling, and can't get through to anyone at the local hub, no clue what's going on. Feel bad for these customer service reps at the call center having to cover for the incompetence of the local hub. If your package is going through this hub, I apologize and wish you luck! read more

This was the worst delivery experrience I have ever had. Original delivery scheduled for 10/3. They rescheduled to 10/16. Then "truck broke down" and they did nothing to work to get the product here. They had to answers to reschedule the delivery either. The poor customer service rep had no ability to help and she could not provide a number for the warehouse.
