Ordered a refrigerator door gasket from their very convoluted website specifying Appliance Model Number and Serial Number. Paid a premium price (35% over others) to get a 'genuine' part, plus s/h charge. Received wrong size gasket. Return process difficult; managed by AI online with no phone number listed. Finally received email with return address and return policy that I pay return shipping. When return processed, refund was made minus initial s/h charges. This mistake resulting in receiving unusable part cost me $20 in 2-way shipping and additional time and I am still without replacement part. I am certainly not reordering again from a company that is this impersonal, overpriced, and un-customer-friendly. Note: the name "Whirlpool Replacement Parts" gives the impression of exclusivity but this company actually is a subsidiary of a large holding company whose warehouse employees rate their job as high stress and high pressure. This environment often results in picking / shipping errors and customer dissatisfaction. read more

I brought a control board for a refrigerator, never installed it and they denied my refund due to not in the original box and I sent it via ups and they packaged it better then how I received it. I will never by any parts from them. Better of using searsdirect. I ordered the wrong part for my refrigerator. Before I placed my order because the website does not have a description of the part and I wanted to make sure the part was the correct one, I called Customer Service Order Department number listed on the website, was on hold for about 25 minutes, there was a recording to leave your phone number and a representative would call back. I received no call back that day, so I called again the next day, again I was on hold for at least 10 minutes and decided to leave my number again. This time, the recording stated that I already had a callback and a representative would call me. I received no callback again. I decided to use the Chat feature and gI've all the information on the model number, serial number and the manufacturer. Well, after waiting for about te minute, I decided to use Chat. I went round and round with Chat and finally I got a message stating that the information was not available. I placed the order and charged my credit card. I received the part 4 days after I ordered it and it was not the part I ordered. Round and round with unbelievable amount of emails, repeatedly giving the model number of the refrigerator, the part I ordered, which was more expensive than the one I received and information on the part I had received. I was basically asked to prove the part doesn't fit my refrigerator. The part I received was only 10 inches long and I needed the lens cover that was 18 inches long. I received an email from Customer Service stating that if I had given the model number of the refrigerator when I placed the order, I wouldn't have received the wrong part. If I had gotten a phone call back from Customer Service, I would not have ordered the wrong part. Also, why isn't there detailed information about their parts. As a side note, I still haven't received a call back from the order department and it has been over 10 days. I gave the company a one star rating because they were asking me over and over again, the exact same information that I had given them numerous times including photos of the part received, photos of my model, serial number and photos of the back of the refrigerator where the len cover belongs. I am now sending the wrong part back FedEx to them at my expense but I have spent hours, and I mean hours giving them repeatedly the same information. Finally, after about 6 or 7 emails that I sent, they wanted me to confirm I received the wrong part. Now I am worried that the refund to my credit card will not be the listed price I charged to my credit card but the one I did receive, which is $10 cheaper. Warning to anyone purchasing from this company, verify the part you are ordering and confirm by email that the part is the one for your model and manufacturer. Their Customer Service Order Department needs a total review and their website should have detail information about the part. A video is not giving any information about the part. read more

The customer service team at Repair Clinic is deplorable. I have been waiting for an order for a month. Many emails and phone calls are not answered. I checked the status of my delivery and confirmed it was Not delivered. read more

I love this place so screw all the idiots and their 1-star ratings because they ordered the wrong part, misspelled their own address or forgot to cancel their order. They have never failed to provide me with a good-working replacement part that is much cheaper than I would get from the original manufacturer. The other bonus for me is that they are right down the road so I can order an item and pick it up 10 minutes later! read more

RepairClinic.com has terrible customer service!! DO NOT purchase unless you are ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE YOU WILL NOT NEED TO MAKE A RETURN. I was told by an appliance repairman that my washer needed a new control board. I ordered from RepairClinic.com. My handyman came to install but he said the washer actually needed a new drain pump and he DID NOT install the part. I ordered the drain pump from RepairClinic.com and returned the unused control board in the same box and condition as it was received within 6 days of receipt. I received an email from the return department that I would not get a refund because the returned control board had a "screw mark". ?? The part was not installed, so it must have been sent to me with a "screw mark", but I do not have any way to prove that. As with many other customers, the email said I needed to send a return shipping label within 2 weeks to have the part sent back to me or it would be disposed of. I highly doubt RepairClinic.com will be disposing of a perfectly good control board (with a "screw mark"?). I have read all reviews and have not seen that any customer has actually received a refund for a returned part. I think this is a scam tactic to keep selling the returned parts and never having to issue refunds. BUYERS BEWARE!!! read more

I placed an order July 16th 2026 for two parts. Parts showed to be in stock. The next day i received a shipping notification. However, no progress several weeks later started following up on the order. The status still showed shipped. According to fedx, the label has only been created and no package to pick up.. so for the next month and a 1/2, I continually tried to contact repair clinic through phone, chat messages and emails. No response. The phone would only allow a call back, which no one ever called me back. I could not speak to a person.. chat and emails are only handled by AI only and it repeated the same answers over and over. Item shipped cancellation not possible. The tracking still shows it to be at repair clinic. So after 2 months, My only option was to report the situation as fraud with my credit card company and they pulled my payment back from them. I will never do business with Repair Clinic again!. read more

I would NOT order from Repair Clinic. I placed an order last week, with shipment to arrive yesterday. It was a main control board for our refrigerator, and until receiving it, we have had $500+ food our the cooler on ice. Upon not receiving yet today, I checked my email, and there was nothing from Repair Clinic. Crickets. So on their website, I entered my order number into their tracker, only to discover my order had been CANCELED! After dealing endlessly with an AI bot responding to my emails, I gave up. Now we need to wait another week for the part from another company. THANKS FOR NOTHING REPAIR CLINIC!!! read more

The old man who owned this place died and their is no customer service, just a machine. They have no parts, they will have the part you need on their website yet a week after you order it they will send you an email saying they do not have this part! read more

9 hours w/o call back. Company went from an extraordinary service driven resource to an overly AI software reliant amalgamated mess with apparently no interest in maintaining DIY/homeowner clients. Tom S 14 July 2026. 2 Stars for web presence, 0 stars for customer attention. read more

Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible place with horrible return policy. Buyer beware they will scam you out of your money based off a technical term. Never going back . Do not buy from this place!! read more

I have ordered a base element for my oven believed to be the problem I plugged in the one arrived and realized that was not the issue. I promptly returned the part back and asked for a refund, the Company refused it according to their policy. I will NEVER order anything from this company anymore, because this is the first time in my 60 years that some company refused to give back any or part of what was paid. my next step is to go to the better business bureau to see if they can help order n. 19626234 Eric Aschettino read more

Ordered an oven part. Received a different part than I took out. Ordered a new part. Sent the first one back. Paid for shipping back and the second part. So now I have paid over $500. Second part also not the part I took out of the appliance. Neither part was installed BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THE SAME PART! Company will not refund any money. They say that we installed them. They won't even send the first part back to us unless we pay shipping AGAIN. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

On the plus side, they had the part at a competitive price and shipped the correct part immediately. BUT, their customer service is awful. The day after I placed the order, I noticed that there was a digit wrong in the address (my fault). FedEx would not let me change it, said only the shipper could. I called repairclinic. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I pressed "1" to have them call me back. They never called. The next day, I waited on hold for an hour, but they never answered, so I pressed "1" again, for a callback (this time to a different number). They never called. I sent an email to customer service, explaining the problem. 3 days later, they responded and refused to change the address. (If they had spent 30 seconds on google maps, they would have seen that the address on the package did not exist and the requested change was to the only building on the street.) Fortunately, I was able to get FedEx to listen and I received the package. Three days later, repairclinic emailed me and said the package had been delivered and there was nothing they could do. This is NOT a customer focused business. I will not risk dealing with them again. read more

They do not have any legitimate way of actually confirming that an item listed as in stock has more than one available. I made several attempts throughout the day to get a callback using the Pro phone number to confirm that the quantity I needed was actually in stock and simply couldn't get any response. This would clearly indicate that if I ordered the parts and they arrived wrong or not at all there is no recourse, you're just out of luck. I cannot more strongly advise you not do business with this company whether you're a do-it-yourselfer or professional, there are other much better options. read more

I ordered a replacement part for my weed trimmer. I soon got a shipment notice, but the post office reported that they were waiting for the package, for which I never received a notice. I called to cancel the order, and was told it was cancelled, but it was NOT cancelled. I contacted them again, and they wanted to push back the date of "refund" 3 more days. I refused, but got no further. Then the package abruptly showed up at the post office. Tl;dr Poor communication and difficult order tracking. read more

I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it but was unable to do so. I tried calling on the phone, live chat and sent half a dozen emails with no response at all. They sent me the wrong part and I sent it back. I was waiting for my refund which never came. So I spent most of my Morning trying to get information on my refund and was told I would not get one and that the returned item was "thrown away". I couldn't believe it. I purchased a copastor for my A/C unit. I used my Brand and model number to find the part on the website. I paid extra for overnight Saturday delivery. The shipping was twice the price of the part. My part didn't show up until the following week and it wasn't even the part that fits my unit. I called them. Good luck with that. Customer service is a joke to nonexistence. I tried to get at least the shipping charges resolved. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don't count on this company for anything important, or needed in a timely manner, and don't buy anything from them expecting a refund. read more

Ordered a part for my oven and received an e-mail saying it was on its way. "It's on its way! Your Frigidaire Replacement Parts order has shipped. Please note: It may take up to 24 hours before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates its tracking information." Well, that was seven days ago. I called Repair Clinic Customer Service for a tracking number since it was sent USPS Priority. I was given the tracking number and saw that it was still in Canton, MI. The only thing they'd done is create a tracking label 3 days after the e-mail said it had shipped. The customer service rep said it should be here in 8 to 10 days. USPS priority delivers within 3 days so it sounds like they need to get it to USPS right away instead of waiting for the orders to pile up. The web site should indicate that orders to PO Boxes will take longer than going through FedEx before the order is completed (or Repair Clinic could just take the orders to the nearest post office right away). Will no longer use this company. read more

Have used RC for local pickup of parts, and definitely not their strong suit. Had issues on last three orders, last one was 50% wrong - not a great batting average. Last order never got a confirmation email, so I had to follow up on phone with AI ordering system - which said my pickup order had already "shipped" which was confusing for something I planned to pick up... . Spoke to human, who said they could not confirm my order was picked or not - he "assumed" it was - which was not really reassuring since I had to travel two hours to get there. And what was weird - right after I got off the phone to check on my order I got a phone call telling me my order was ready. What a co-incidence! Well, order was ready, but unfortunately they picked a wrong item and got the quantity wrong on another item. It pays to check your order while you're right there and save the hassle of not getting the right part or having to return for the correct one. Local pickup is a great option, especially considering you're likely to pay as much for shipping as the part costs ($13 parts had a $12 shipping estimate) of you live within a reasonable distance. read more

Needed a part for our gas range and it was in stock and we picked it up in about 20 minutes.

Have been to this location a few times and have never been disappointed. Today was no different. I needed to get a Thermal Fuse to fix my gas dryer. Walk in, step up to counter, and show the young lady my bad part. POOF!!! With lightning speed she reaches under the counter and before I can finish saying " the guy at Lowes sent me here" she has the new part on the counter. My wife asks if they sell a lot of them and she says they are a very popular item. 26 bucks and 30 minutes later my dryer is fixed and I am grunting like Tim the Tool Man while my wife is fawning all over me. Well that last part isn't completely true but she was pretty effing amazed by my newfound appliance repair abilities. Thank you YouTube. I am sure I saved hundreds of my new now in retirement dollars and am also pretty amazed at at how easy it really was. If you need it I am pretty sure this place has or can get it.
