well they are listed as doing dishwasher repair. But guess what when you call the do not. So don't waist your time calling.

I called on a Saturday with a sick refrigerator. As the holiday was on Monday I did not think they could send anyone out. They scheduled an appointment for Tuesday evening. The technician called on Monday asking if he could come early. I said the appointment was for tomorrow but he could come on Monday if he wanted. He showed up at time indicated on Monday in a car with out of state license plate. He (Ronaldo) came in and did not even look behind fridge but saw I had set up a fan as I noticed the compressor fan was not coming on every time the compressor started. He called and ordered the compressor fan motor and was to return the next day. On Tuesday he called to say that they sent the wrong fan....the evaporator fan and not the compressor fan. He said he had called four places for the part and he did not know if the part was even made anymore. He promised to call back Wednesday with information. After this he did not call and when I attempted to call his number many times over the next three days he did not answer and voice mail box was full. I called the phone center for the next three days and spoke to customer service and they were also unable to reach him by phone or email. Meanwhile I took time to look up the part on line and found one within five minutes. I called customer service and they also did not call back. On Saturday, after dealing with this for a week, I called customer service and had difficulty getting through but after a few angry calls to the phone center who scheduled the visit. I finally got a call back. They had also been unable to reach Ronaldo. They agreed to not charge me for the service call.....will have to see about if this works out on the credit card bill as it is to soon to know for sure. Funny thing though, Ronaldo called me five minutes after this wanting to know what he had done for me and was trying to rectify the situation. My fridge is now working fine......a repairman came from another company...had the part on the truck and showed me where the coils were clogged that started the whole problem....Ronaldo should have at least told me that!! I thought it was insulation but it was dust build up!!
