Haven't had a single issue since I switched to UPS. I'm sure this isn't the case with FedEx everywhere but here in Ann Arbor the FedEx is incapable of good service they shouldn't even be in business still. Or corporate needs to come and train these delivery drivers and warehouse workers because it's a joke. Everything is always fine until it gets to Ann Arbor then it will be 4 extra days before receiving the package after it's scanned into the building. I called and complained and asked where my package was one time and they returned it to sender, I'm pretty sure out of spite of me complaining.

Honey I ship at least 10 packages a day for the past two year of running my business I do not need a lesson. After her eye rolling and talking over me, she STILL messed up. And printed my full information on the packages to customers when it's supposed to be coming from my business. Her solution was then to use a market to cross out the info I didn't want shown. How tacky. And now my customers are receiving a package with bulky white wrapping and her scribbles- great. Never come here if you want to be treated like a normal person and have your packages go out as nicely as you brought them in. Yikes!

I had a huge shipment of a bunch of stuff from my parents house in Ann Arbor that I was shipping to California. Everything from antique heavy AF mirrors and artwork that had been passed down in my family to a basket of notes from me in 7th grade. It was a hot summer day and all I wanted to do was to unload this stuff and get to the lake house! I created a section of my stuff to ship in the back of his store and just left it and he was going to provide a quote. NOTHING was packed. My last words to him were, just pack everything so it doesn't break and ship it slowly which I thought it would be less expensive. He provided my a quote within hours, and while I gulped at the price, I knew it was fair. He also said it would be cheaper to send on a palette and deliver to a work address. So we did that as well.
