I don't mind speaking to them, but I needed someone that could speak to the drivers; First of all, they completely LIED to Amazon about "Attempting Delivery but failed" someone was at my house 24/7 on the day that was agreed to 2 weeks prior; no phone call saying we're not coming or anything; A scheduled time was for a morning deliver when placing order through Amazon; but as I was told then by XPO- Amazon doesn't determine when XPO times for delivery are. -- So as they were to deliver on a FRiday... it was getting close to 6pm... NO CALL, NO TXT NOTHING.......then finally an alert from Amazon "Attempted Delivery failed".. all to reschedule this delivery.......WHAT? There was NO attempted delivery... your delivery guys wanted to "clock out" so they could get on to their Friday evening of activities... ! That's called LYING .... I tried to get in contact with all phone #'s I could find on line... I wasted so much of my personal time to trying to coordinate this fiasco---DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.... I'll echo the frustrations of others in comments below. My dishwasher from Samsung arrived last night in XPO's Canton, MI hub. I called today to schedule delivery and was told it would be 10 days (?????) before it could be delivered, and this was the soonest I could get it delivered. WHY would it take 10 days to receive something that is currently sitting in a facility 90 minutes from my house??? XPO really doesn't have any trucks coming my way in the next 10 days, with room to load one dishwasher on it??? I was told that I could pick it up from the hub myself, M-F untiil 4PM (not really helpful, most people are at work these hours ...), but this is the carrier's JOB. I have already sent an email to XPO's management team (customercaremgmt@xpo.com) with order details, and will also be sending an email to Samsung customer service as well, if XPO does not set a MUCH sooner delivery than 10 days (if they do, I will modify this review accordingly!). read more

Bought a LG washing machine through Sam's club with 'white glove installation. XPO Installers nearly dropped it when unloading from truck. Installers asked if we had paid for installation. We said yes. So they installed it. After they left, I turned on water and both hoses both ends were leaking. Then I noticed they hadn't even removed the installation bolts. I called Sam's club two times and both times they contacted the installers and said they would call within 24h . They never did, so I installed it myself. It appeared like these 2 guys had never installed a washing machine in their life. Beware of XPO logistics who delivered the washing machine. read more

Took the day off of work and missed out on a lot of money to take a delivery of an appliance package ordered directly through Samsung. I am now being told, I will not find out why delivery was missed for 48 hours. I am also unable to find out if I can pick up the appliances from the hub tomorrow as this will take 24 hours. Apparently I am now scheduled for Thursday to take delivery of my appliance package, but I have to take off work again, only to wait for something that may not arrive again. I am writing Samsung an email right after this review to inform them of what is happening. I spent $2,000.00 on 3 appliances, that should of been delivered when XPO said they would be. Lies, lies, lies. We were scheduled for delivery of our new refridgerator on 8/9. Received an email on 8/8 notifying of delivery window for 7am-7pm. My husband took the day off work. He waited around all day and decided to call a little before 7pm, he was told it was still on schedule. He called again after 7:30pm and was told it was still coming. Later that evening we had to call again only to get a message they were closed. We called the next day and were told the earliest they could come was 8/13 because now they had "other deliveries." Later in the day, we were then told it wasn't actually scheduled for 8/13 and it would now be 8/22. Many, many calls later and we were told we were put on the schedule for 8/14 and would "get a gift card." Day before, we get an email for delivery between 11am - 3pm. Took the day off work again. It is 7:30pm and they have once again no-showed without a call or email. All of their reviews online say the same thing. Also, there is no way to actually contact the local company, everything has to go through a global 800 number. Seems to me like they promise delivery then deliberately hold them until they have enough deliveries in one area of the state before they dispatch. TL;DR: Redundant useless steps to confirm delivery, no 30 minute warning call, no covid 19 precautions. Amazon delivery, so no choice. I ordered a massage chair from Amazon. I scheduled a delivery window on may 8th from 3pm to 6pm via Amazon. A few days before the 8th I received a confusing automated call with the instructions: "To confirm the date and address or to be placed on the Do Not Call List you can call us at 844-285-5279." Why would I need to call and confirm and what does that have to do with DNCall lists? They need to update that service, they're paying for nothing. After I called back and made sure my delivery was still coming, the customer service rep let me know that the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. The day of delivery I received a link from Amazon tracking the truck, the truck text said it was 30 minutes away but at the same time the driver called and said he was 6 minutes away. 7 minutes later the truck arrived. The guys brought the chair inside, so my mom tipped them, but only one guy had a mask on. My 78 yr old grandmother and 60 year old mother were in the room with them. Here's the thing, my cousin was vaccinated a month and a half ago, but recently she contracted covid from work and had to be hospitalized. So, I don't care if Dr. Delivery guy thinks he understands epidemiology from the school of Yahoo! and doesn't need a mask. Just consider it part of the uniform. Especially after the automated states: "Please help us keep our delivery team safe. If you've purchased any in-home services, and by inviting our team into a property, you agree that to the best of your knowledge it's safe from Covid 19. Please speak to an agent to reschedule your service if you or anyone in your household is currently Covid18 positive, is exhibiting symptoms related to covid-19, has traveled internationally within the last fourteen days, or has been in contact with anyone who has been covid19 positive or has symptoms of covid-19. The delivery was professional enough, but it would be appreciated to take better care when entering a customer's home. Today it was pouring rain and they walked into the house with our item, and right up the stairs with wet and dirty shoes on. Both of them. They were upstairs before I noticed they had done that. We literally had brand new carpeting installed two months ago that could now use a cleaning. Most customer service reps always put covers on their shoes after entering someone's home, how hard is that to do? I've already made a report with both RXO and Floyd on this but it has been a week and I am trying to find my missing sofa. The delivery was never made to my home and the supposed "delivery" was made a day late. I never received a 30 min courtesy notification that my driver was heading to my home. I was depending on this notification so I could leave work to sign for my order since this was supposed to be an attended delivery. On top of all this, I also received conflicting delivery dates from Floyd and RXO (delivery service for my package). My scheduled delivery was supposed to happen OCT 31 (never happened waited until 8 pm and took a day off work to receive this package). Got notification that the delivery happened in at 9:55 am with no one home, even though this is supposed to be an attended delivery. Took off from work and arrived 1 hour after the delivery to find no package. I checked my street to see if for some reason this is left at the wrong address. It was not. RXO has confirmed there is no proof of delivery and I have been calling the general phone number everyday, no one can give me straight answers expect confirming with me that they have no proof of delivery. I'm assuming my sofa is in the canton facility and want a resolution for this. read more

Upon arrival they were very quick with the removal of my old washer and installation of the new one. This delivery was arranged by Amazon in order to ship a large grill. Ultimately, the delivery went great and the delivery men were right on time and called about 30 minutes out just like they had promised. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because there's a disconnect between RXO and Amazon. Right up until delivery time, my order status on Amazon stated that a delivery attempt was tried at an earlier time, and that RXO tried to contact me and could not. That is incorrect. There was only one delivery attempt, and it went well. Whenever I called RXO at the number that they texted to me, I was always first in the queue, but nobody ever answered. However when I went to the Amazon page where it also said that RXO cannot contact me and used that number, I could get a hold of someone rather quickly, and they confirmed that my order was on the way. In the end, it turned out very nicely, and it appears that RXO did their job... except for the endless hold at the number they provided. Just the phone system and technology were not quite up to snuff. read more

Poor customer service. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday with a window of 9-1. They did not show. After many calls trying to locate the delivery, it was clear customer service for RXO is in the Philippines. They apologized, but could not help. Wednesday morning an automated call indicated our items were "delivered". The ladies in the Philippines could only add that the driver said it was a bad address. After I assured them the address was good. Two other deliveries were made without a problem, they forwarded our information to be "rescheduled". It takes a minimum of two days to reschedule. The hub was only 20 minutes away and I inquired about having items loaded in my car and hiring somebody else to complete the job. This would also take at least two days. When they finally did make the delivery, the driver would not take my suggestion to park beside the building. The two strong young men who carried the items across the street and into the building were called by their boss, the driver, to tell me it would have to be rescheduled yet again because he was asked by police to move one block or park next to the building. I insisted they complete the job and spoke to Mark, the driver. He backed down and let them stay. They were going to leave me with a job I could not physically handle. The entire job took 15-20 minutes. It was unclear if the two young men even worked for RXO. The driver said he did; however, the truck was a rental. The gimmick seems to be no customer contact and reschedule to push job to the next crew. read more

I would never recommend this delivery service. They confirmed our mattress delivery and confirmed our time window so we got rid of our current mattress. They did not show up since our mattress would not fit in their truck. They rescheduled for the next day promising it would come first thing. Once again it did not show up since no one in the warehouse rescanned the item. Neither instance was our problem and we still do not have our mattress. Ordered through Costco and they used XPO Logistics for their delivery. I was lied to by XPO on my delivery date of March 30. They claimed they were at my house and no one was home. Since I took the day off work I definitely was home waiting for them. Also did not received the 30 minute courtesy call from them. My security camera and Ring doorbell shows they were not here and have no phone record of a call. Had to call and reschedule for 3 days later. I originally asked for a Saturday delivery and was told XPO did not deliver on Saturdays. After taking the day off work, the delivery was rescheduled for a Saturday. They also did not call the day before, as promised, to give me a delivery time. read more

Per their delivery policy they are supposed to give a 30 minute notification period prior to the delivery. And if no one is home, they are to wait 15 minutes before leaving. I was notified that the delivery would be between 6am-8pm. I chatted with the online service asking for the delivery team to update me with their location, I was never contacted. I was home from 6am-6:30pm. I stepped out to go to the grocery store. Of course as soon as I was standing in line, I was called and told it would be 8 minutes until to their arrival at my home. I told them I would be home in less than 20 minutes. MEANING, they would arrive with at least 5 minutes of required waiting time before leaving. They admitted to getting side tracked and forgot to notify me 30 minutes ahead of the delivery. I got home within 15 minutes and they were no where to be found. After calling the number the delivery team to ask where they were, I got no response and then the phone was powered off and I got sent straight to voicemail. I am BEYOND disappointed and furious. Now I have to wait for the packages to arrive back at the hub before I can reschedule the delivery. Had I known this company was contracted with Living Spaces, I would NEVER have placed the order. read more
