Went for a notary and was charged $15 for a single page. The staff was impolite said my US passport wasn't signed so it "wasn't valid" They did finally notarize it since they wanted the money. If you live in Canton MI the township will notarize for free and are fine with a passport. They were also nice. read more

I usually send packages from this store and its mostly busy. I usually meet two staff in this store and both have a great attitude and are efficient. They were quick, fast and make sure customers do not wait longer. I'm always in and out pretty quick. They do take Covid precautions seriously. They have marks on the floor to keep customers six feet apart. I have consistently had good experience here. I was holding this review to find the staff name who have always helped with my packages. Every Holiday season, it seems that someone I know has a package stolen off their front porch by thieves. A UPS driver that came to my house last year recommend having any packages I order sent to the local UPS Store. When you think about this, it's a really good idea. Likewise, if you want to keep nosy family members from opening gifts that you order for their birthday or Christmas that are delivered to your home, this is a great place to have them sent to. I've been to this UPS store dozens of times to mail packages to family and friends across the USA, over the past several years. This store is much closer than the local UPS facility on Mansfield Street in Ypsilanti, which is the reason I prefer to go here. Moreover, I have never had to wait more than five minutes in line while at this location, especially if I have my paperwork filled out in advance before going to the store. I highly recommend this place, as the staff has always been very courteous, professional, and helping me select the best method to ship my package to its destiation. read more

This is a great location! I've always gotten great customer service here and never had to wait long even with other people ahead of me. I also like that they take the COVID protocols seriously. My packages always arrive as scheduled so I'm confident when I send something, it'll arrive as promised. They also sell single stamps, which is helpful to know. The employees immediately greeted and assisted me when I walked in. But, after they assisted me in purchasing an overpriced box I was told I couldn't package my things in the lobby and would need to leave the store to do that then return to purchase shipping. No explanation other than they've had problems in the past was given. Not customer friendly. I purchased an adequately sized but smaller shipping box elsewhere for 1/2 the price and shipped for 1/3 the cost for 2 day shipping with USPS. read more

Friendly staff, easy to use, really what is not to like about this UPS store? I have had to send a ton of personal faxes due to legal issues lately. Here they make it easy, not cheap but super reliable and helpful. The little things matter, like protecting my info, making sure things go through, getting confirmations. Yesterday they made copies for me gratis to ensure my fax would go through perfectly. I love that! Heck they will call me two doors down while I am shopping and let me know my confirmation is ready. They have plenty of copying supplies, free clips, free pens. They will make sure you get your job done right. I have shipped through here and things arrived perfectly. Boxes I have sent from elsewhere arrived in horrific shape so I know they know what they are doing. Not the cheapest place around but so clean, well organized and professional. Outstanding, Consistent service. Every time I have been in Nick has been great! I have mislabeled packages, come in unprepared, never ever one sign of uneasiness. Calm and cool, and extremely helpful each time. I have used, Saturday delivery services (late on a Friday) when Fedex gave me excuses, shredding services, Amazon returns, and bought supplies. On my last visit, the owner JEFF assisted Nick in reprinting my label, where I cut off the UPC/APN code. No discussion on how I needed to go home and redo, just email it and we will reprint and send you on your way. Very nice to have a pleasant experience when all too often, you get unhelpful people who think they are being helpful letting you know how you made their job harder. I hate to have to give this location a 1 star as it's very clean, and the employees are wonderful, but it deserves it. This location, unlike any other UPS store I've ever been too, is unable (according to employees, technically unable) to provide receipts for packages that are dropped off with them. Understand what this means. If you print your own labels at home, and bring the packages into this location, they *will not* give you a receipt showing that they accepted the package. This is just screaming for fraud. You are given absolutely no proof that you handed over expensive packages to them. All you have is a tracking number. That's useless for insurance purposes if the package is stolen by an employee. I don't know about you, but I don't like handing over packages without getting some sort of confirmation that they accepted it. They can just deny ever getting a drop off should a package come up missing. And since you have no proof you brought it into the store, you're out of luck. A tracking number does not prove that you physically handed over your items to an employee. They can just take your package, not scan the tracking number into the system, and go toss it into their car. Do not bring your packages to this location if you have any sort of accountability. Take your packages to a real UPS store, not a franchise store that's cutting corners by not installing the proper technology in order to print off a silly receipt. Even UPS outlets inside of Staples or Office Depot will give you a receipt for accepting your packages. It's common sense. read more

Why would I need 3 inches of bubble wrap and popcorn for a three inch box with crackers and cheese? It cost me 15 dollars, half of the cost! Bought from Harry and David's and was package to go. Had made up their mind that it was not going unless it cost us! Sorry but we're retired we can't afford to go there again! It's to expensive to ship a small box.
