I have taken my iPhones in here a few times for repairs. The last time was for water damage and rice stuck in the charging ports. My new iPhone was repaired within minutes. If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. This place should be ashamed of themselves. But of course their not.

I then went to another Boost mobile and was told by that manager that he should be able to view the transaction in his pos system and there's no excuse for his unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this location at all. I feel like we should have been informed of every detail when purchasing products and services.
